We stopped by the mall for a date and decided to go to the Gamestop to see what they had. Megan took care of us during our visit, and she was absolutely fantastic. She had a very fun personality and even recommended places around to visit. After we were done we went to Phoebe’s and had a wonderful affogato. She really made us feel welcomed in the area!

I called the store and checked if a family member could pick up a product I ordered with my confirmation number and they told me yes but when they went to pick the item they was told they couldn't pick up and I'm not in the states for the next month.

I have been coming here for 5 years and never had a problem. All of those that are complaining about rudeness and over priced then go somewhere else. Or maybe just maybe it's ya'll that are rude and just to cheap. Because ganestop is cheaper then anywhere else on games

Manager is a rude guy. I asked about pre orders for a ps5 pro he lied and said they weren’t taking any while the whole district was. when I went in to make a trade with the system, he looked at me and said, of course, smugly and rude. I’m done with them after all the money I’ve spent.

I recently visited GameStop and had the pleasure of being assisted by Meghan. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to help. I had some questions about the latest gaming consoles and accessories, and Meghan was incredibly knowledgeable.
She took the time to explain the differences between the models and helped me find the perfect game for my needs. What impressed me the most was her patience and willingness to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial they seemed.

I don’t feel right about this location anymore. Every so often, some games are ringing up more than the sticker price and the employees don’t know how to fix it. Feels shady to me.

Megan is one who actually does her job and shows she cares about customer service she actually called me back to make sure I had a clear answer for something I needed help with rather than the other locations who didn’t even bother to find a solution

I went in today with need of data transfer from old Nintendo switch to new nintendo switch. I was greeted and taken care of by the lovely lady Meghan who was beyond a joy. She was able to transfer my save files and even let me test game data. She was very polite and kind.
More service like this please!
