Been banking here for over 10 years now and had a horrible situation happen to me. Kristin Santiago, the branch manager, was literally fantastic. Super patient, explained everything, answered all my questions, and was able to get the mess sorted out. I appreciate all the time she dedicated to my issue. Thanks Kristin!

This is no longer a real bank. You cannot ask them to cash a check for you. They got rid of all of their tellers and put an ATM in their bank, plus the one outside. If you ever need to cash a check, this is not the bank for you. They called themselves a “solution center“ but they have the fewest number of solutions... read full comment
