I would never rent a unit here again!!! We were paying for climate control but the thing is it was always broken. The front gate has been broke for over a month now. On top of that we got harassed for not having auto pay from the property manager stating that we have to. So quick to call us for that but when we call about the Broken ac not a single call back. This place is trash. Go to morning star they give great service and you actually get what you pay for.

Don’t use this place
My rent for a unit when from $35 to $75 to $96 to $50 to $115 with no notice. It seems like a game of guessing how much your bill will be each month.
2 or 3 times being charged the wrong amount I call to see what’s going on,
Managers don’t return calls.
Very frustrating that I am being over charged so much, signed up at around $35 a month to jumping up to 115 is robbery.
Compass storage and extra space down the block has been much better experience in a similar amount of time I’ve been dealing with them,
