If I could give zero stars, I would. This storage facility locked me out of my own unit by placing one of their locks on top of mine, claiming my combination lock was “not acceptable” despite it working perfectly fine. For the record, all of my payments are fully up to date and auto-deducted, so this issue has nothing to do with nonpayment.
Since then, I’ve made countless phone calls and scheduled multiple appointments with the property managers—none of which they have ever shown up for. Customer service here is absolutely nonexistent. The property managers are unprofessional, irresponsible, and unreliable. They repeatedly make appointments, then fail to keep them, showing complete disregard for their customers’ time and belongings.
To this day, I am still waiting for someone to remove their unnecessary lock so I can access my own property. It’s shocking that this business has any positive reviews at all—I truly question their authenticity because I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had this nightmare of an experience. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as no customer should be treated this way.

Viva is so awesome! She made me feel welcome and was very informal with me and made sure I came out knowing what I needed . Also walked with me to show me the options and spaces that would make sense for me . I highly recommend anyone who needs to store there items or property here at Public storage 👏🏾 there running a promo as well for only $1 on the first month just a heads up

Horrible service and horrible experience. Found out upon moving out that my property was severely water damaged. Apparently public storage is not responsible to any damage to your items even if it is directly their fault. The manager wouldn’t even provide free storage for my moldy things until I could schedule a junk removal service to come by. I will be recommending to everyone that they do not use this public storage.
Aside from that, the facility is poorly ventilated even for supposed ‘climate controlled’. Manager was entirely unhelpful and rude. The whole place has a musty smell probably because of all the water damage.

Received an email saying my lease had been cancelled due to them finding my unit empty. This was very concerning as I had not heard word from them about anything being wrong, and have made every payment on time so theres no reason for my belongings to be removed. It took me an hour and a half to reach a representative, only to spend another half hour being transferred over and over again. Now today I call back and once again am unable to reach an employee, however they have magically reinstated my storage unit without ANY word or apology for my distress. Not to mention, property manager is never there and refuses accept calls, and makes you leave a voicemail that they’re not even guaranteed to return. Do NOT rent here if you want to reach employees and do NOT rent here if you value peace of mind. I no longer feel safe leaving my belongings here. They refuse to even offer me a monthly CREDIT for the trouble. Trash location.
