Publix Pharmacy is the worst! I switched my prescriptions over and it took them four days and me going in two of the four days to check if they were ready. Then when I picked them up it was only a 30 day supply when it's always been a 90 day supply. Called to ask why and the girl hardly even let me speak as she talked over me the whole time. Just very disappointing all around. Will not be using them any more as this issues are unacceptable.

I MISS PUBLIX at ALAFAYA SQ!The pharmacy personnel at RIVERSIDE are slow very slow, not friendly, do NOT make eye contact, and its hard to understand when we see 4 technicians working behind the plexiglass with a line that’s wrapped around into the floral section… that someone isn’t directed to come help even for a short period of time! There’s no sense of urgency whatsoever! Super disappointed hopefully they’ll bring some of the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs back whenever they reopen in Alafaya Woods!

We recently switched over to this Publix pharmacy bc we loved the pharmacist and service except since the switch Carrie the pharmacy tech has made our lives a living hell. She has had run ins w/ both myself and my husband. I've heard her speak to other techs poorly and she is always sour. She is rude and abrupt, will not answer questions and is very disinterested in helping people. All of these are not only bad qualities to have in a pharmacy tech, but not known characteristics of someone working for Publix. My advice to management is to get her out of the pharmacy. Everyone else is great!

Forced to go to this Publix because mine is closed for renovations but it's been an unbelievable experience. Problems every time I shop there either they charge me wrong, a sale price doesn't come off, rotten fruit, expired food and the last time I ordered a sub, waited 45 minutes from the time I ordered online till I received it and get home and they gave me the wrong sub. Drive all the way back and sure they returned my money but for the issue of waiting 45 minutes, having to waste my time returning to the store they acted like it was a hassle to give me my mo why back. I didn't even take a bite, it was returned complete and not even an apology. UCF Publix will be my new store now. Hope my ice cream doesn't melt driving further but I am so done.

Very impressed with Publix. Better than any supermarket chain including Whole Foods. Just wish they would bring peaches/nectarines back! But all the employees are awesome.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them.I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

Poor management /reaction when I experienced a problem in the store. I don't wish to be penalized for my comment but the customer service has led me to drive to further Publix.

Riverside Publix made the perfect Yeti cake for my daughter’s birthday. She was so excited when she saw it and said it was better than she hoped it would be.

They are the KINDEST, most efficient, caring pharmacy staff around. I have a medically complex child who has many medications along with a few of my own. They are going above and beyond taking care of the community not only dispensing medications but also administering vaccines. They are angels and deserve our patience and understanding.

Didn't care, didn't deliver. When they're good, they're good. But when it comes to meds, reliability is everything.Last time - and this *was* the *last time* -- they accepted my prescription- Jose told me it would be ready in 5 minutes- 10 minutes later I was back and he told me to sit down and wait for the pharmacist to finish giving a COVID shot - who finished the moment I sat down - but Jose kept me waiting while he took 3 people ahead of me. The whole line that was behind me, he kept me waiting while he took care of everyone else first. What's that? And I think he did the same thing to a poor lady before me as well. I guess I'm not important to him. Neither was she. Lowest priority.- then I finally get to pick up my meds and Jose tells me that the entire order isn't in stock. How does that happen?- he gave me half and promised the rest on Friday and it wasn't there- he then promised it for Saturday and again didn't deliver- he then promised it for Monday- Sunday I think it was, I got a call from their pharmacy - some lady calls me to *complain* that "they weren't supposed to 'split' my prescription like that." Called out of the blue just to complain. No action, no difference, *just* to *complain* to their *customer*. Their *unserved* customer. You can't make this up.* Why are they so busy when *I* call - but then they have time to call *me* just to *harass* me! Did she think she was going to make me feel bad about needing my meds? Or about being the victim of horrible service?- Monday rolls around - they still don't have it- I called back Wednesday and Jose tells me (how do I always get Jose?) "it was dispensed last night at 8:00 PM"* but not to me* and not to my wife* so to *WHO* knows *WHO* ???* and HOW does THAT *EVER* happen? Not the way they make *ME* verify *myself*! Not the way *Jose* made *me* verify my address *twice* the first time, and I told him, "you already asked me that and I already told you." He didn't care about that either.* Maybe he just *said* that it was "dispensed" to save face? Or someone recorded it as "dispensed" to close out a troublesome prescription? And how did it get picked up at *exactly* 8:00 PM? Maybe someone just wrote that in?- "It's out of my hands" he then says (are you KIDDING me?)- "Our pharmacy manager Dan is out of the office - you can call back Friday"The thing is, I'm leaving town on business travel and I need my meds *now*. Not another promise on Friday. Because it's wheels up flying out Monday morning.100% true. Excuses don't get me the meds that my doctor says I need. How do people so unprofessional run a medical pharmacy?I don't need excuses, I need a reliable pharmacy.I'm calling my doctor and having the rest filled elsewhere. Then I'm calling my credit card and insurance companies to let them know to reverse the transactions because my order was not completed. And honestly, start to finish, it felt like nobody cared. Couldn't be bothered to keep promises. Again and again. Failed to deliver. And I was a total 100% loyal Publix Riverside Pharmacy customer. Years and years. My whole family. Willing to drive a little farther to go to *their* pharmacy. But that doesn't matter, they just couldn't, or wouldn't, care. Not Jose, not anyone who lets Jose get away with this, not anyone else who stops paying attention while all this nonsense is going on.The decent thing to do would be to contact Publix Riverside management directly. And I tried. I got the assistant manager. No way to reach anyone by email. But he took my name and number for the Regional Pharmacy Manager to call me back.I'm so disappointed. And I really liked them too!

Excellent, caring staff. Been going there since they opened and will continue. Kind of place where they learn your name and your needs.

I have never felt so unsafe shopping at Publix as I did yesterday. It was busy, being the day before Thanksgiving, and I had to run out and grab a few last minute items. Out of about 100 people that crossed my path, a least 20 were not wearing masks. I don't even mean not covering the nose, just blatantly not have anything on their face. Managers walked past them, talked to them, and ignored any safety protocols. Sorry Publix, we're done. I'll stick with Sprouts and Aldis. Better prices, better fruits, veggies, meats and fish.
