Store is tidy,but lots of drinks and food are expired and shouldn't be on the floor. Like why leave cookies that expired March 2024 on the floor? 🤢

Convenient location. Staffing needs an upgrade. Trenton was more concerned about playing a game on his phone than assisting me with a receipt for gas when the pump wouldn't print. (He had his phone on the cash register tapping away on an app game during my interaction as well as the customer before me.) Trenton suggested I didn't hang the pump up correctly. I walked back to the pump to make sure and it was and I mentioned the pump screen showed it was updating firmware. Trenton still said he couldn't print a receipt. Another employee was able to print the receipt in about 3 seconds.

Doors are locked at 7:10 a.m. services inconsistent. Some of the staff are great, others don't care.

Another beautiful day in I hate to be at work. The new crew / new management is horrible. No one has any customer service what so ever. No one speaks to you, and if they do makes you want to go elsewhere. Here every morning with my crew and unfortunately will not be returning. Great location. Horrible services.

I usually stop here because it’s convenient to go down Slavia on my way to work. The owner needs to seriously consider staffing. The girl at the counter was alone and had the door locked this morning because she didn’t want to serve people by herself. It’s a real disappointment when they develop and build, and even more disappointing when it can’t be maintained.

This is where we buy our gas. But for a long time now the property looks like an eye sore.
All along both HEDGES..out front and side is tons of trash..bags..bottles..cans etc.
Not sure why management would not notice this and desire to make this location presentable.
Send someone out to pick it up. A daily check would be a good thing to start. Hedges and by all the tanks. It's a pride issue.

I don't know who the little boy is on Sunday mornings ... Loves playing with his phone. And won't say anything to you.. wearing a hoodie that tight around his face and wearing rubber gloves the first time I almost left cause it looks like he was robbing the place.. that kid needs to go hes hurting sales and branding

Came here to get gas, and went inside I’m 6/26/24 at 6:30 pm and went inside and a young man with dreads was on his cell phone. I was speaking to him and I thought he was talking to me but apparently he was on the phone with his girlfriend “what you up too?” “Just chilling “ like how unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

My sister in law came inside around 1am on the 23rd to grab a drink, and some no life was mad because she was mopping and my sister in law happen to walk inside. MAD over MOPPING and giving attitude for what? Because someone walked in and messed up your precious floors? LOL people like the lady working that night deserve to work at gas stations for the rest of their lives since they wanna be lazy to mop again fr.Poor people these days.

I typically like coming to this location because it was nice and clean at the start, Morning / Midday staff is friendly and helpful ... but today? I started to notice that its getting messier. One staff member in particular made me uncomfortable today. He was upset that he had to work when he was supposed to be home already (Trust me I get it) but was just making the atmosphere so down. Staring at me with a deadpan look and calling me a spoiled child when I just wanted to redeem rewards for an afterwork treat. Like damn, Sorry for trying to cheer you up. Probably will only just come for gas now, I don't really want to go inside anymore if I'm just going to be made uncomfortable now.
