Thanks to the concession person that gave my CHILD and I, tickets to the theater for Napoleon. The beginning of the movie was a decapitation scene that was beyond words. We asked for tickets to see Willy Wonka!!!! I trusted what the guy behind the counter told us for theater instructions and proceeded on. Tossed all the receipts in our shopping bags and went to the theater number he instructed us to. Next thing we know, my 7 year old is sitting through a decapitation scene with a guillotine!! I covered her eyes, while she covered her ears. They refunded our tickets and gave her a bag of candy. Because THAT will reverse the trauma of what we experienced. She walked out crying and this will be our last trip to the theater. Cheaper to watch at home and at least I can monitor what is purchased instead of trusting Regal Cinemas.

If I could give this theatre a zero I would. Came to the movies and was charged. $7.30 for a medium coke. When I asked for two bags of regular Doritos , I was told that they have to charge you for nachos for any chips. So for two bags of Doritos it was almost $19 dollars. Really sad that this theatre has chosen to abuse the very patrons that keep it in business. This is completely unethical and someone should really look into what is happening in the theatre from the top down.

Been coming here since Shark Boy and Lava Girl 3D aired. Staff are nice, despite dealing with crazy teenagers being disruptive and their parents who can’t parent or even act like an adult, yet leave ranting reviews because someone else had the balls to do what they can’t and hold them accountable. The manager may seem rude, but that’s probably because you or your kid deserved it.The staff are still nice despite the angry crowd of people who couldn’t show up ten minutes sooner for their movie and are mad that other people had the same idea: to get popcorn and drinks. Not to mention the escalator and elevator are mall property and if they stop working it is the mall’s responsibility to fix them. If you want to complain about it being down, call the mall because the movie theater can’t do anything.Seriously, a lot of the guests that come here could benefit from therapy.ANYWAY, love the movies, THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY IF YOU ARE, and the popcorn is always fresh.Remembers treat people with kindness and don’t be a douche canoe to people who are just doing their job.

woman named Victoria was on a power trip and kicked multiple groups of customers out during the new FNAF movie because people were laughing during the comedic horror movie. She specifically only targeted young girls. She disrupted the movie and everything completely ruining the experience for us. Anybody who spoke up was threatened with security. Will be making the extra 20 minute drive to Waterford from now on.

The mall still has quite a few empty spaces but Starbucks is still there( in B Dalton). There's a nice kids play area for 10$ with veterinarian, bakery, construction, science , Diner areas and more(plus 2 jump houses) its clean, has a sensory room and we've been bringing our grandchildren there since they were 3. Worth checking out

I love this place! The app works very well and the cinema is not usually crowded, the air conditioning is always at a good temperature.

It's hard not to love this theatre despite its flaws. It's a "regal" experience taking the escalator up to the theatre and crossing the catwalks over the rest of the mall to get to your movie. The picture on the screens is clear and audio crisp, even slightly better quality than other Regal theatres in the area. The seats are of an older type, but still decently comfortable for movie seats that aren't recliners. It happens that teal is my favorite color, which is the motif of many of the fabrics on the seats and walls. Even the small theatres are fairly large, and with low attendance, you'll have plenty of space to stretch out. Plentiful bathrooms and clean. It's a great theatre, just the way it is.

This was legitimately the worst movie theater I have ever been to in my entire life. The theater itself needs an upgrade, the seat cloth was dirty and the chairs were incredibly close together. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes at the concession line with barely any customers just to find out the only popcorn machine in the building has broke. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and there was trash everywhere in and out of the bathroom! I will never go to this movie theater again.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. One of the managers as of writing, Victoria, needs heavy, HEAVY training in customer service.Cinema day at this location was so disorganized, under staffed, and all over the place. Due to Victoria’s lack of empathy, a simple paper jam (not the agent’s fault at all!), an one-sided open concession stand during one of the busiest days in the year, and host computer tablets that did not show all or correct theaters for showings, I drove 30m from my home/local theater (love you, Winter Park Regal) for absolutely nothing. I wrote corporate to go into detail, but - unless this is the only theater close to you - I recommend you try another. If you have an issue due to their systems, management will not care.

Had an awful experience during Cinema Day at the concession stand. Disorganized, hot, understaffed, dirty floors with soda spilled making it a hazard that one cared to clean up the entire century we were on line. Waited a ridiculous amount of time on line for their popcorn/soda deal, only to make it to get to the front of the line (about 40 mins later) to be told their popcorn machine broke and were doing nothing to make it up to the people who waited an eternity. I ordered and pay for 2 large sodas only to get HOT soda with no ice… wasn’t even given a heads about it while ordering….

I saw the best movie I have ever seen, Sound Of Freedom. I highly recommend this movie for everyone. The seating is excellent. Each row is higher than the one in front of it so everyone has a good view.

I am a part of Regal unlimited and booked a movie. I love how quiet it was and it was clean. I wish the seats had table tops for my nachos but I made it work that’s why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 it’s pretty easy to find your movie and seat. Looks like I’ll be coming here more often

Not Regal's fault but the up escalator was not working and had to call security to get the elevator operational (Not sure how this is ADA compliant). Employees were friendly. Movie theater was clean. Popcorn was fresh and drinks were good.

I came to the movie theater for the first time in a longggggg time to see Barbie. So long ago that I didn't know that most all theatres now require you to choose your seats when you purchase your ticket. I don't hate this rule especially for new movies that are sold out, but I did miss the exciting feeling from childhood of running up the stairs to find that perfect seat.Unfortunately, most of the reviews from years ago still hold true. It's a good theater but it could use a good clean in some areas. They have definitely changed and updated some things and they look good. I hope this little theater stays strong like it has over the years as it's so close to my home and brings back so many memories.
