STAY AWAY from this business.Very rude customer service. Keep in mind they are taking all your personal information when you return your item. When I made a purchase they never informed about this. Better shop somewhere else.

Worst experience ever the guy at the cash register Sam was absolutely no help and completely disrespectful. He went to the back to get the manager for absolutely no reason, only because he did not open the register to see if there was changing it to complete my transaction just automatically told me he could not do my transaction. Don't bother coming here go somewhere else. Thanks Sam

Very poor customer service. Very racist store . Acting like we was going to steal and treated a handicap person like they was stealing and spent over $80 and made her feel uncomfortable because of skin color and rushing a handicap person with a racist cashier and manager. This is crazy and sad.

Their selection of shoes at great prices is ideal. I bought 3 pairs of shoes, end of season styles, for a total of $25! As I was looking at the selection I asked an associate on the floor a question regarding the red dot prices. The lady answered my question but then walked away. The guy who rang me out was very nice. I would have selected 5 stars if it weren't for the associate on the floor. I dont shop in the store often but will make a point to stop in because their prices are lower than competitors. The store is always clean as well and very organized which I appreciate.

Fix the Handicapped doors .. It been over 6 months.. I will call the ADA if it’s not done.. People in wheel chairs need to use that door to get in the mall..

O stars if I could. Went in there to spend money with my daughters and the employees did nothing but literally follow meThrough the whole store!! I was being racially profiled I feel. Yes I took long because my daughter is extremely picky with shoes! Yup she almost tried on every show in the store (exaggerating) but that doesn’t mean we are going to steal. I have enough money to buy 10 pairs of shoes if I wanted to! Was ready to spend money but I got sick and tired of being followed through the store! Never again will I step a foot in there and I will mostDefinitely make it known they racial profile their customers!!!!

We have been going to this mall for years. We love Its uniqueness and that it’s clean. We enjoy the different events they have throughout the year, specially during holidays, and we enjoy going to the movies there as it’s never overcrowded. We have seen stores come and go, but we see good things are coming in the near future and are excited for this. Oviedo mall has the best Dillard’s in the area. I love what the new owners are doing with the mall. The nail salon near District Eat and Play is awesome. I am looking forward to seeing it get better and better. This virus is just a short interruption.
