The worst Starbucks location. Quality of the drink is not the same as other locations along with long wait and unfriendly customer service. If I could give 0 star I would.

Went to Starbucks a couple of days ago to get some coffee.I went thru the drive thru, which was a little backed up. Overall the service was good and the coffee (2 latte's) were pretty good.

I just drove thru the drive thru and one of the items purchased was a grande hot chocolate. I took the lid off when I returned home to add marshmallows and only had 1/2 cup of hot chocolate! It’s wet and rainy and I’m not driving back to replace it now. There seems to be a problem with this particular Starbucks. I don’t have an issue anywhere else. I’m really disappointed as the drinks are expensive and I expect to get what I paid for!

This is by far the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. Today will be my last day going to this location. The staff is rude and does not acknowledge customers who come in. Even when the customer says good morning, they will just ignore you or look at you with a blank stare. I have been waiting on Starbucks to send me a survey on my order from this store and they never do. They only send me surveys on Starbucks stores that give amazing service. Maybe this store has there survey turned off. The store at 305 Mitchell Hammock is horrible. I hope someone sees this and makes changes.

No one seems very happy to work here. The atmosphere gave me "out of business" vibes. Very empty, boring and dirty. Napkins are an eye roll away. I'm Sorry I asked for napkins, no one stocked them! It was my birthday, they didn't even say happy birthday, they scanned my free drink and sent me on my way.

This place is like always busy but Kevin was super nice and helpful. Came in with my mom and she wanted me to try one of her creations lol and she wasn’t sure which foam it was. Kevin took the time to make the foam for us to try so that they would make it right.

I always come to this Starbucks, with my Starbucks cup. I always ask if they can poor my drink into my Starbucks cup, but this time, they said no. What's the point in buying a Starbucks cup if you can't use it at Starbucks. Sophia didn't even hesitate. Flat out said no. I'm so disappointed.... won't be coming back to this store.

Who cares if our closing hours are listed as 8:30 we will close 5 hours or more prior. Not even the first time.

I gotta say I love Starbucks but this location is chinchi on the coffee. I always order cappuccino and the cups are always half full where they state the rest is foam. Excuse me that’s not true this is the only location where I can order my coffee and leave with half a cup where I haven’t taken the first sip. Come one get better, this location needs to get right.

Took 30 minutes and 3 times trying for 1 barista and another try for another barista to get my order right.. all I ordered was a caramel crunch venti no whipped cream on the bottom, line the cup with caramel, extra crunch and, 3 shots.. shouldn't be too difficult everywhere else can get it right.. oh 75 cents more for shots at this location ?
