Accidentally ordered a sandwich at this location instead of the one by me and Jessica was very helpful getting it cancelled out and took the extra step to call me back to ensure it was cancelled.

I've never written a review, but I feel like I have to now. Whoever the big guy is in there with the hair that looks like it hasn't been washed in years gotta go. I love eating subway but I literally act like I'm reading the menu and let people go buy so he doesn't make my sandwich. He's always saying things like "I could be better" or "not so good" when I ask how he's doing. I don't want him touching my food even with gloves on. He has 0 craft skills and he just throws the sandwich together everytime. I ask for extra he gives almost nothing. I ask for a little and he puts a full serving. The meat is literally everywhere and he didn't even finish cutting the bread open. If he's so nonchalant he can get that job somewhere else.

11:15 and no other bread but white. Girl making sandwich tried to rush my mother and (give her credit for working) didn't seem to quite understand English. We go often to this location, get same things and the scoops of tuna were extremely small. The last inch of sub had no tuna on at all. Very disappointed in customer service.

It seems that they can't get certain items back in stock here though all surrounding stores do. Tables are never clean. They don't listen to your order and then cop a tude when you correct them. I'm not sure what is keeping this chain afloat but I get the sense that they are circling the drain...and for good reason.

Worst experience ever. My partner went in today to get me sub and upon entering the store (with no customers currently inside) both employees were sitting and one was LAYING DOWN in a booth on their phones. They both slowly got up and took the order, but the association on register rushed my partner to pay before the sandwich was finished so he could then go and sit back down in the booth and get back on his phone. I don't know what kind of manager hires employees who do not care about their job or having good customer service. Worst Subway store ever.

How are you going to leave one person for lunch time shift???????. Felt bad for Joshua. He did his best to do his job right. But no one should be left alone during lunch time. Guy had to make the sub. Ring up and deal with online orders at the same time.
