James is a fabulous trainer, pushes me to my limit. You always have just a little more in you. You do more than weight machines, he throws a little martial arts and kickboxing in as well.

James does one heck of a job. What's great about his program is that it's private, one on one, you're not like at LA Fitness waiting for other people to get off the machines because you have the whole gym to yourself just him and you during the session. He's a great trainer and I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent training facility. James Taylor is just great in his personal attention to designing a designed workout plan for you. He oversees each exercise you perform and spots you on all machines. His machines use free weight and not mechnical wires. Also, most machines have independent movement (i.e. - each leg). If you are looking for a personal trainer that will help you obtain results, then Taylors Fitness Club is your place.
