We decided to hire Tile Metrics for yet another bathroom renovation, and they once again exceeded our expectations! They were punctual, organized, and kept us well informed the entire process. Thank you!

I wish I could give 10 stars, this has been the best experience you could have with a company. Everything they said they would do they did. The staff was always on time, cleaned up after themselves and the quality of work is excellent. This company is customer service oriented and takes pride in their work.

What a great group of people to work with. Rolando is a true professional and will go out of his way to help a customer out. Barbara in the office is extremely responsive and always has the answer to my questions. Jose and Ivan installed my carpet and they were extremely skillful and got it done quickly and with excellent workmanship. I feel more like family than a customer. Great group of professionals.

We used Tile Metrics for a downstairs floor renovation and are so glad we did! From first walking into the store Barbara was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on their product. We were even able to take home sample pieces to see in our home and make a choice after.Rolando was prompt and organized with product delivery and very accommodating to our schedule. We had a tight window that we wanted for installation and the team so graciously made it happen! Hugo and Kevin worked HARD and meticulously to give us a wonderful finished product.

Tile metrics did our master bath remodel this past summer and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Through all the steps they were easy to work with. The owners, Ana and Rolando, hire good people. Barbara in the office is a pro at dealing with all the logistics of the job. They kept me constantly informed and showed up when they said they would. Their installer, Osvaldo, and his crew knew what they were doing and took obvious pride in their work. Tile work done by amateurs can look terrible. These guys are pros. They come and they get the job done. No time wasted. So much so that I was caught by surprise at how fast the job moved along. I would absolutely use them again.

Recently purchased flooring and installation from Tile Metrics and I highly recommend this local business. Rolando, the owner and his administrative staff were very responsive with communications and also helpful with choice selections, budget constraints and any questions. Hugo, the installer has years of experience and addressed any concerns while providing detailed explanations of process involved. If you want a beautiful floor and expert installation you should visit Tile Metrics.

I would HIGHLY recommend Tile Metrics for any bathroom renovations. ?They have been the best!! They are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with from the beginning concept and through the duration of our project. They are one of the few subcontractors I worked with who actually provided a schedule /timeframe and actually adhered to the schedule. It was awesome! If you have any questions at all during the project, the office staff, as well as the installers are EXTREMELY helpful and so polite!Thank you Tile Metrics for the attentiveness you show with the details. ?“The details make the difference!”

They did not do any floor preparation! I do not recommend. We had beautiful floors installed prior to moving into our home three years ago. This year the planks started separating and warping. After several inspections, talks & emails Tile Metrics is refusing to take ownership for improper installation. Do not use!!replay: To Rolando, I believe the evidence speaks for its self. You continue to blame the small HVAC water leak that was contained and cleaned up immediately for the flooring issues in other parts of our home. You told us our house was full of mold and the "off gasing" was causing the planks to warp. We have supplied you with two seperate inspection reports, two mold reports (all negative), videos and photos that all conclude that the true issue is faulty instillation. It's the lack of a moisture barrier, the open cracks in the foundation, the unfilled holes from carpet removal, the piles of dirt and unleveled surfaces that are causing the problems. It is not the small amount of water that contacted our waterproof LVP.

I do NOT RECOMMEND Tile Metrics for flooring. We hired them to remove old carpet and install Kromitex LVP planks throughout our house prior to moving in. It looked amazing for less than three years. We are now dealing with separation and warping. The owner, Rolando, came to our house and blamed us for water damage. We have had several additional inspections done and it has been determined to be caused solely by bad instillation. Tile Matrix did not level the floor, fill cracks, clean, remove old glue or lay a moisture barrier. Several attempts have been made to contact Rolando to fix the faulty installation but he is not longer returning emails or phone calls. Do Not Use!!

Wonderful experience with Tile Metrics; had 3 rooms installed with Mohawk Ultrawood laminate flooring. Office staff are professional, and knowledgeable about their products. The office allows you to take large samples home to test the flooring in your home lighting. The customer service is excellent with timely updates on scheduling and installation dates. The flooring installers are professional, hard working and efficient; and did an excellent job on the floors, thresholds, and post-work clean up. Highly recommend Tile Metrics.

I highly recommend Tile Metrics. They worked with me and were patient while I picked out tile for two different bathrooms. They allowed me to take samples home to see how it looked in my house. They also pulled together the materials that I needed. They were very accommodating. Prices are reasonable and I love that they are right off of Alafaya and Oviedo.

After 233 ( aka 8 months) Long Drown Out , Agrivating, Frustrating, Time Consuming, Costly, Disarray, Ridiculous, unprofessional, Unacceptable, Days, the HALF of the bathroom and bedroom floor project, that I hired Tile Metrics for, is finally complete. No one should ever face what I did, especially after being a second time customer who referred 3 other jobs to them. That was a big mistake!!! I had gone with them, because my first project experience was fine after they fixed the 2 flaws that I pointed out. That project was 2 years prior, when it entailed the whole floor throughout the house and quartz for the kitchen counters. . What was different this time, was that the first project didn't include electric, plumbing, construction or something else that requires a county permit. If I knew what I know now, I would have never gone with them. Long story short, we agreed to have them in charge of our shower, bath, bench, and floors renovation that involved plumbing, demo, and construction. Permits were never ordered originally, because it wasnt requested from them or us. Things changed though, Once we got a violation notice in the mail from Seminole County and were required by the county to get them. We stopped all work at that point after finding that out. Ill admit, Permits were not ordered, because it was an option by them. Permits were not ordered, because we were told it would be more time consuming, and they could complete it faster if we didnt have to go that rout. . Permits were not ordered, because I thought their staff seemed knowledgeable about the work and we could save time and cost. Permits were not ordered, because I didnt know what would happen if I didnt get them, like I do today. This should have been a big red flag for me, once I got the violation notice. I should have fired them than. To me after reflecting back, it seems shady that they even allowed us that option. What I didnt know, is that without a permit your having a person doing illegal work, that could cost you more later. The consequences in the long run like this, has cost me, so much more. Those costly consequences being time, money, damage and possibly injury if someone gets hurt on the job. Remind you : it took 233 DAYS from when we started our project inside the house, till the last day they physically left our house. (August 15 2022- April 6th 2023 again 8 months) . Some examples of why you need a permit is because if you ever want to sell your property, you have to show proof that a licensed person did the work by the book vs. Doing it how they think it should get done without a record to show. By law when selling your property you have to have permits for plumber, construction, demo, electric and many other permit required projects or they will make you dig up the work to show it was done correctly /legally. They otherwise can make you hire a real licesenced worker to do the work, before the sale to the new owner, can be finalized. With that alone, costing you more in the long run. Another reason, is if damaged was done in reguards to that project or after that project and you made an insurance claim like flooding, the insurance may not cover it, if it wasnt done by a licensed worker to begin with. Thats a good excuse for the insurance to not cover the problem. These are All good reasons you should get a permit. After we got caught, Tile Metrics hired outside work with licenses and did get permits for all the required work that they were involved with. I wish I fired them though, as soon as we figured this all out because I dont imagine any other company taking 233 DAYS. Aka 8 months...I truley felt pushed to the side after the county became involved. We were lucky to see them or one of their outsourced companies once a week for an hour or 2 if at all. It was their unorganizing of the work that was so time consuming. Scheduling themselves or the outsourced work based when they had availablity rather than aiming to get it done sooner than 233 DAYS or 8 months. I would be curious if there would have been less accidents, had they seen

I was completely satisfied with every step during the completion of my project. Everyone involved took the time to ensure I saw all my options, was happy with my choices and I never felt any pressure to commit. I’ve visited several vendors and I would not use another place. Best pricing and customer service was top notch! Highly recommend you see for yourself..

Great experience with Tile Metrics after we sustained water damage from Hurricane Ian. First, Rolando's team performed complete removal of our kitchen cabinets and backsplash, as well as demo of our main level flooring. Then, they replaced the damaged kitchen drywall. Finally, Tile Metrics supplied and expertly installed 1600 sq ft of beautiful tile flooring with new painted baseboards. Seriously, this flooring is a work of art! Tile Metrics has a great selection of quality tile. Barbara and Andrea were incredibly helpful with my tile choices, and Hugo is a master at his craft. I wholeheartedly recommend Tile Metrics to family and friends.
