Habib and Peggy are the best! I am always welcomed upon entry by first name and smiles by both! I would not want to bank any where else! I have never had such warm and caring service from any other financial institution, as I receive from these two wonderful people. If you are searching for that small town feel in a bank, that treats you like family, the Oviedo branch at SR 419 should be your choice!

Very rude manager. Beware if you have a feminine voice as you won’t be taken seriously enough to be helped out. It was a bummer of an experience and made me feel less than human.

Horrible experience. This branch has no idea how to do anything. They made me come in to get a 1098. The manager didn't know how to find it. Told me she would email it. It's been 3 months I've never received the official form in the mail, and the document the lady emailed me is not a 1098. I called again to ask about the form and the manager that picked up today said he does not know and I need to come in.Every time I go here for anything it's like a major catastrophe for them to figure out things.

The staff at this location was wonderful. We unfortunately had to close a few accounts (no fault of this branch) and Badr was so helpful and efficient. If we lived near this branch, I would do all my banking here. Five stars.

The staff at the Trustco Bank in Oviedo has always been friendly and professional. I received wonderful personalized service from Habib when I originally applied for a mortgage refinance about a year ago. He even insisted on fixing me a cup of tea when I had to come in when I was a bit "under the weather." Now I am receiving the same remarkable service from Michael while applying for a "streamline refinance" at the current rate.

I used to bank with Wells Fargo until I found Trustco Bank. By far the most friendly bank around. I have been to a few different branches around Central FL and all have been top notch with their service.
