I previously would have recommended this dealership before today, now I would recommend you RUN! The man who works here is fantastic. Super kind and tried to charge us one day less because we've rented here many times....unfortunately, he didn't make a note in the system I guess because I just received the absolute NASTIEST phone call from a woman who works there claiming we are late and I need to refer to my contract...umm sorry, I didn't change the rental time I needed lady, your husband did as a courtesy. Take it up with him, I guess? My truck is still full of gym equipment and there is no way I can bring it back now. Thanks SO much for the extra stress and rudeness while I'm MOVING. Completely uncalled for!! Needless to say, I will never give this location another penny and I'd advise you not to either unless you want to deal with this same garbage while you're moving. Never again.

Mr. Bobby was the best his service and respect for customers was sensational. I have taken my bike to 2 different dealers and was charged almost 2k to fix a fuel sending unit and my motorcycle still shut off. Bobby took his time and fix the issue a simple fix. I would recommend oviedo uhaul mechanic to everyone. Thank you Bobby good well done..A1 service

I have rented U-hauls from this location for years. Today was the worst experience. Robert never greated the customers even after saying good morning he ignored me. During the check out process he asked do you live at a zip code I didn't recognize. He asked again and then he said is your zip code. I told he no provided him with the correct address and the disrespect and rudeness continued. I sat quiet as he continued to tell me that he was in a accident and on alot of medications and he was doing the best he could. I was ok until he continued talking and being disrespectful then he said if you dont like it you can leave. So words was exchanged and I left and made a reservation at a alternative location. His daughter is way nicer than him. Unfortunately I will not rent there again not know who I will get. I am sure he will respond to this with his side of the story. I appreciate the two sides to every story portion however. Based on the 3.3 stars under Oviedo U-Haul with similar customer complaints and patterns of behavior reported. I am sure those other customers has experienced similar levels of frustration.

Do not rent a uhaul here! That lady will argue with you over everything! All I need is a dolly to move a 67 Bug and she'll argue that she doesn't believe that I can use it or that I'll disconnect the drive shaft. Absolutely doesn't know what she is talking about or professional enough about her job! I put up with her terrible self once, and 30 minutes later, I was finally able to leave with the dolly that I reserved. This time, she flat out refused service for me!

Becky was wonderful ! She called me to ensure I still needed my reservation. Something so simple made my day. The other uhaul cancelled my reservation without informing me but luckily Becky was able to solve my problem. I appreciate people who do their job and enjoy doing their job. Will definitely return!

An absolute nightmare from the beginning!! I advise everyone to rent elsewhere. The owners daughter is extremely unprofessional, beyond rude, a walking nightmare. They have no customer service and should not have their own business because they do not know how to talk to human beings let alone understand what professionalism is. We rented a UHaul after 4pm and was harassed by 9am the next morning to bring back our truck because she double booked it for another customer to use it by 10am! Greedy, miserable lady who does not care how she speaks to customers!! She had the nerve to threaten to charge us for two days when we didn’t even have the truck for a full day! I can’t even describe how horrible this experience was.. UHaul needs to hear how awful these people treat their customers!! She even said “Go ahead and call UHaul” wow! They think they’re above any customer, they are so disrespectful. Stay away from this place!!

The owner(s) were both friendly and attentive. I was amazed he helped me troubleshoot a burned out fuse to get my trailer lights connector working free of charge! I could not be happier. Thank you!!

The mobile pick up was a nightmare. Took over 1.5 hrs. Customer service is over an hour wait. Would not ever use uhaul again unless we were picking up from a person. Their tech is not advanced enough to rely on, it has so many issues customers are overwhelming their support team leading to extremely long call back times. 2 stars only because the truck was in great shape.

Twice in the last month I have used this facility for UHAUL truck rentals.The first was an in person experience and the second was done online.Other than a little hiccup initially on the corporate website/app everything went flawlessly.Thank you!

This is the worst uhaul experience. I had a reservation for 4:30pm. The owner called me 3 hrs before my reservation to tell me she has to leave early I can use ushaul share to pick up the truck. After my wife dropped me off, I try to access my rental for about 50 mins. It didn’t work, so I call the owner and her answer was that truck has been rented after she call me to confirm 3 hrs before. Worst uhaul service ever.

They Assured me my reservation would be ready at 10:00am and that I could arrive at 10:30 if need be. Texted me the morning of that I had to be there by 9:45. Then said my reservation could be converted to an after hours pickup. (didn’t work). Staff’s own incompetence cost me about an hour and a half and a couple hundred dollars to my movers. Why allow a 10:00am reservation if you are going to change the time the day of? So unprofessional.
