This store is full of amazing people. They know what they're doing and were able to get it done. They're very kind to boot.
A word of caution, I've discovered that all UPS Stores are independently owned. So you might need to call ahead to verify the availability of some services - like notaries and drop off locations.

I’ve always gone to a different UPS location, even though this one is right near my home—but after my recent visit, this is officially my new go-to store! Jay was incredibly helpful in working with me to find the best options for packing a large and delicate item. I really appreciated the time and care he put into making sure everything was planned right. Everyone at this location is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend! They are friendly and go out of their way to help us. The owner helped us while we were out of state and our USPS forwarding didn't work. The owner Jayesh Patel gave us a POB so we wouldn't lose any mail. He has always been there when we needed him over the years. His staff are just as helpful and know us by name.

I want to thank the kind employee at this UPS office who helped me with sending my documents to Canada. He has a beard, but unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. I didn’t know the process, but he was incredibly patient and guided me through everything step by step. His assistance made a stressful situation so much easier. This is how my FRAGILE boxes looked when they arrived. Almost everything in them was broken. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING THROUGH THIS UPS LOCATION. So disappointed these were irreplaceable sentimental items from my grandmother who passed away. Which were heavily wrapped. The outside of these boxes makes it very clear absolutely no care was taken when handling these packages
