Very high wait time. Lots of staff walking around and only one computer to process shipping. This location needs better management. Stood waiting to ship a package for almost an hour. All the could say was sorry about the wait. Unacceptable

The people here are very, very nice. But I needed a notary this day and the notary wasn't in til 1. However, I was still able to create the appointment online - not knowing that I should call the store to verify that the notary would be there. So I had to go all the way to a different store (calling before hand) to get the notary done.
Its worth remembering that all UPS stores are their own franchise place and so they're all independently owned. So that can cause a discrepency.
The take away here should be - call before going to this place if you need anything to be sure that the store can help you.

Shipped a key from this location over 2 weeks ago. The package was never scanned out of the store and they can’t find it. I’ve spoken to the manager who was supposed to look for it and call me back and has not. When I call the store they do not answer my call. Horrible customer service and I will be taking this up higher.

I've had to frequent this store the last few weeks while getting some things in order. So far, everytime I came in the store, I was greeted by Josh, who has been very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about his position, plus he delivered wonderful customer service. Today, however, his absence was not hard to miss. The initial gentlemen didn't greet me as I entered the store, when I asked a question about printing, he didn't have a clue what the answer was... he seemed new, so I'll cut him some slack. The other two ladies there had an attitude, they were happy to tell me everything Josh does is incorrect, and continued to have a loud conversation about him being in the wrong about staying late to get work done; what kind of world are we living in where this isn't admired? The entire environment felt different without him there, serious lack of customer service or professionalism. If I were the manager of this location, I think HR needs to be contacted.

This store is easily accessible, its im my neighborhood area. Multiple entrances and exits. Clean parking area. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Even if there is a long line the wait is quick.

Just stopped by to drop off some Amazon returns. The sign is lit up “Open”. Called the number to kindly inform them their sign is on but their door is locked and I had some quick Amazon drop-offs. She said “well, we closed at 6:30p” and hangs up the phone (It’s 6:32p at this time). Some manners/courtesy would have gone a long way in terms of customer service and simply being a kind human!
