Called to make sure they ship perfumes/colognes they said they don’t and I said since when? I have shipped out many perfumes in the past. My son went in and someone told him because it’s hazardous. I found it odd so I called Oviedo and Winter springs locations they both said no problem. You just lost a long time customer. I will take my business to Oviedo. They had no problem mailing it out for me.

When I have something to ship I always come to store 2126, which is always everyday to every other day. I walk in and the staff greets me by my name and they don't even ask me they know I emailed my labels to them. They print them and put them on the packages and tell me to have a good day. It's nice when people take time to know your name. And the whole entire staff is wonderful, I have never had a bad experience with any of them. They are all great and I would tell everyone I know and don't know to use them. Thanks for the good service keep up the good work.

So glad this store is open! Location is great with easy access and parking. Staff is friendly, courteous, efficient and definitely customer oriented. I was returning 10 separate packages for a relative and in just minutes they had completed the process and provided a printed receipt. Very impressive.

I had to get a form notarized for work. They refused to notarize it because I signed it in the car two minutes earlier. Did not offer me any solutions or try to help at all. 0 customer service.
