“Got a car in December, easy and simple, was given a warranty to fix some issues with the car. Spent the past 5 months calling and trying to get them to actually come through and resolve the issues + give us the proper paperwork for the title, and after all the hounding, (and my negative review about the experience), they finally took the car in and fixed the issues. At least they stayed true to their word about fixing the car under warranty. If you buy from them, they might have a good deal for the car you want, but you definitely need to bother them for them to fix any issues present with your car on the day of purchase.
Message for management who will definitely see this: Understand you are dealing with real people everyday, who will, in fact, leave honest reviews about the way you treat them. I shouldn't have to hound you or your employees about your incompetence. So instead of threatening us to not fix our car BECAUSE I left an honest review about what was going on, try to do better with your customer service.
