  This was the BEST! experience my wife and I ever had at a Verizon store! We went shopping on Saturday July 5th 2025 for upgrades on our Samsung cell phones and purchased the newest Samsung S25 Ultra! We had the most wonderful representatives to help us from buying the phones and setting them up! They went so out of their way for us in everything we questioned and needed! I have to honestly say, we were never ever treated as phenomenal as we were that day by any other Verizon store that we dealt with in our past. I highly commend Maria Sanchez and Antonio Halabi for their outstanding patience, and knowledge in every regard of this transaction, including their professionalism, friendliness and respect in all regards of this purchase. They didn't miss a thing, and best of all they did everything with a smile, never a frown! They were just absolutely beautiful people! I wouldn't go anywhere else but there at this location for all my Verizon and cell phone needs! They are very trust worthy! *MY WIFE AND I WILL MOST CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND THE REPRESENTATIVES WE HAD TO ALL WE COME IN CONTACT WITH WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A VERIZON STORE!   Nick was super helpful! He was handing myself, another customer and customer service on the phone and managed it all without making us feel slighted. He is top notch and very knowledgeable! This was the second time we’ve come to this store for upgraded phones/watches and we’ve had great customer service both times! Will keep coming back!

  Luis has been wonderful in setting up my account with a new phone. I'm always anxious when I have to go in and change passwords or anything else but I need not worry, because he was able to do everything for me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and like Dino, he was able to work My account as well as other people that were coming in so they didn't have to wait around for just a short question. He has a very calming effect about him and he's easy to talk to and I couldn't be happier going home with my new phone and knowing that I wasn't going to have frustrations for the rest of the day. I would highly recommend Luis.

  Rob was FANTASTIC! AT&T ported my number when I inquired about their services and when my number was actually ported and I tried to get it back and could not, he went above and beyond contacting ATT to help me. ATT was horrible about it and Rob spent three literal hours helping me!

  Hands down my best experience with a Verizon store. Robert helped troubleshoot my wifes phone when it was having problems, and assisted when it was determined and upgrade was needed. Very transparent and helpful to get us upgraded into a better plan with the right price and service. Will absolutely be back for any support or purchases needed!
