AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This pharmacy cannot fill a prescription correctly AT ALL. They do not read special requests on prescriptions nor care to input customer notes. The amount of times I have gone to pick up a prescription that I asked not to be generic brand, only to get out of the pharmacy line to see my prescription is the generic brand. Finally had my doctor send in the prescription with the note to fill as written and I STILL got the generic brand (my body doesn’t like generic). I have been late for vacations/meetings because I have to stay in town and wait for them to refill it so I do not go without. If it is not in stock, they don’t even bother to request it to be sent on the truck, they’ll just fill it with whatever they have, even if your prescription says otherwise. They lost my business, but as if they care.

The absolute worst!!! I waited in line for 30 minutes and hit the drive thru call button multiple times without being seen. They have zero urgency and are on their own time!

Slowest pharmacy ever. Make certain to eat, hydrate, and use the restroom before finding your place in line.

Doesn't have the prescription on time,. Always rude, and usually out of stock and it's always dirty

This is the not the first time I’ve been at the pharmacy and had issues with them. I always call in beforehand to see if my RX has been filled and end up waiting in line for 30-40 mins all for them to not have it ready yet. I also had a rough experience with Jennifer Ciccone- I was waiting in line for about 20 mins speaking to the associate when she came in hot and stated that I was taking up time from her lunch (even though I was waiting for a response to my question & was not even speaking to her originally). Super rude attitude & ended the conversation with me by putting up a sign on the window that states they are closed for lunch. I hope she learns how to better communicate with customers especially because She wasted my time As well, causing me to come back to the Walgreens At a later time.

After leaving CVS being furious for not getting the support I expected, the lady at Walgreens quickly took all my information, was polite, understanding, answered all my questions and helped me get my daughter her meds as she just had oral surgery in about 20 minutes. Thank you ! Thank you!

I needed a consultation for a problem with my eyes. I waited for more than 5 minutes at the counter without even being greeted, even though the pharmacist, Jennifer, and another assistant looked at me at least 3 times. It wasn't until the drive thru assistant came over and asked if I was being helped that I was even acknowledged. The ironic thing is that I while I waited I listened to the Jennifer and the assistant working by her side talk about how another employee was disrespectful to a customer. When I responded to the drive thru associate that I still had not been greeted, Jennifer turned my way and responded snidely, suggesting that I should go to another pharmacy. She must have been having a really bad day, even though the pharmacy had opened only 10 minutes before I arrived. Her lack of professionalism made me doubt that I would receive a good consultation if she ever decided to attend to me. Instead, I was more willing to drive the extra five minutes to the Walgreen's on Mitchell Hammock. The assistant there immediately asked if she could help or if I needed a pharmacist. When I said I needed a pharmacist, Felicia glanced over and said she would be with me shortly. Less than a minute later Felicia asked how she could help. She exhibited the patience, empathy, and competence that I wish I had received at the Lockwood location. Thank you Felicia, I really appreciate it.

Walgreens usually has that for which you search if you're going to a drugstore. Pharmacy is always on top of things. It's a clean and well organized store. Associates are always helpful and friendly.

This Walgreens location is on the corner of Lockwood Boulevard and State Road 419. It offers the usual amenities that Walgreens is known for and the staff is friendly and professional. This area has grown a lot in the last 20 years and Walgreens was needed. I also will mention that there is a CVS, as is usually the case, very close to this particular Walgreens. All in all, I would recommend this location.

Had to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy today. I was helped by a nice young gentleman with blue gages, then he told me to come back in 10 mins while he got my medicine ready. I come back in 10 mins and this lady named Debbie helped me next. She's very rude first of all. I was standing there while she was on the work phone, which I understand to wait a little. Then she assists someone in the drive thru that pulled up way after I was standing at the pharmacy. She got off the phone and helped the person in the drive thru first. So I'm still standing there. After the drive thru man leaves, she helps me next. She helps me check out all my other items I grabbed in the store, including my medicine I needed to get from the pharmacy. So my card rejected the first time, the second time and a third time. Impossible! I literally just bought something with my card before using it at Walgreens. Debbie says, "Well your card is not taking it." And I reply, "Can you try the other machine?" And she gives me a huge sigh, like I'm the freaking annoying one?! I need my dang prescription and I know my card works and has money. She proceeds to say, "Well that other machine won't take it either." And I hear a voice coming from the back, from that really nice gentleman that helped me earlier. He says, "Debbie, try the other machine! That machine you're using sometimes acts weird." Then Debbie throws a fit saying she needs to void all the items on that machine. The manager, this small lady with black hair comes voids the items no problem. Debbie is just so lazy to help me out. So Debbie scans my items and medicine on the second register, and Lord behold, my card goes through the first swipe! Debbie -- get an attitude check and stop being lazy. If it wasn't for that nice gentleman from the beginning, I would have shut this pharmacy down. Thank you nice man! And Debbie... you need a nap.

They have wine during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would say that's a win win. LOL! I've used the pharmacy here many times with no problems. The staff here are nice. They have the items I need when I come here.

The pharmacy staff are the best! These other reviews have no validity. Time after time this staff has gone the extra mile for my family. I have personally witnessed their professionalism and patience with some real freaks complaining about their own mental health issues and insurance problems. These staff have to deal with a lot of crap everyday and they do it incredibly well. Keep up the good work! Also the front desk guy and photo guy are always pleasant and helpful as well. Best Walgreens in the area!
