It was dated on March 22nd, 11:10am around. Those clerks and manager were trying to add 10 times of the photo fees because the photos contain: passport photo which they manipulated to increase 10 times price. I called Walgreen both photo dept and customer relations and they start to kick the ball. Finally, they asked the manage to call me but no calls!

We went there to take photos ordered online.
Yes. It is online order.
When we checked out the order, the clerk said: are you Okay with the price?
I was going to pay but suddenly found: those clerk can manual change your price, which was 10 times of the price I ordered online.
When Walgreen started this kind of cheap business strategy?

I have never seen such incompetence and oppositional behavior within a pharmacy in my life. I have to call multiple times to get certain medications filled. They have tried to FORCE me to use insurance and a prior authorization for a drug I ended up paying $6 for at Publix same day. Their turnover is the highest I’ve ever seen. It’s no wonder, because the management is rude and confrontational. I’m gradually moving all our medications to Publix. Oh. And the kicker. Walgreens is asking me to be in a study?? So they take their inept, barely trained skeleton crew and now have them doing a research study!! So many red flags.
Do not go to this pharmacy. I regret that I did.

Visited the store on 2/25 at 9:58 pm cashier was no help because he wanted to leave. I ran in really quick to get contact lens solution, which showed they had in stock, he told me if it’s not there we don’t have it I asked if he can honor the coupon if I get two of the items individually he said the store would take a hit. Upon leaving he locks the door in my face. As a previous employees of Walgreens I’ve never seen anyone be treated as such or will treat anyone with this type of service. Better training needs to happen and employees need to understand working in retail you may not always get to lock your doors exactly at closing times

Always have pharmacy issues and photo center issues. Consistently receive texts saying my prescription is ready only to show up to walgreens saying it hasn’t been called in yet or it’s not actually ready. Have made numerous photo books online to pickup at the photo center and receive a text saying it’s ready. Only to show up to them saying they see my order in the system but the photo book is nowhere to be found in the back and they tell me to redo my order. IVE NOW DONE THIS 4 TIMES FOR THE SAME PHOTO BOOK

I am in disbelief of how CORPORATE is not doing something about thIs pharmacy. There are many issues with this one. From the disorganization, long waiting times, and lies. I don't have prescription insurance so our family uses Good Rx & other discounts. I had the gentleman take my discount code, and he verified the code was correct. He was making funny faces so I asked him if he was sure, he said he would check again & said it was fine. Then he asked another employee to verify it, and he said it was fine, great. So it was about & $4.50. I said ok, I was having a severe allergic reaction to fire ants, and just came from Urgent care. Clerk said it would take about 25 mins. I wait there, for a little while, then decided to wait in the car. I walk to register to pay and the clerk says $24.50. I of ask what the heck happen to price? She says nothing can be done. How did the price jack up in 30 mins or so? She handed me that tripe about price is not guaranteed, & I respond with; I understand, but it was just checked three times by two different employees, for the $4.50 price, she says there's nothing she can do about it. By now I am so disappointed and furious, I am not even feeling the pain and swelling going on. So I start to leave in my car without my script, and I realize someone needs to be aware of what just happen to me, plus I need the prednisone, to stop the swelling. I call on pharmacy on my cell and they tell me they applied other discounts and it's now about $12.00 something. I said great, I have no choice, so yes I will pickup at the car line. That was another fiasco, waited a while, then parked my car and walked it. Corporate needs to straighten this pharmacy out because it is giving them a bad name!

I was surprised to see so many low reviews of this Walgreens. I have had pretty good experience at this location. The staff has always been friendly and I have not run into a situation where they did not have what I went in for. In fairness, it appears that there are several reviews related to the Pharmacy itself - which I don;t technically use the pharmacy.....but a s a quick stop for essentials, OTC medicines and others, I have been pretty happy here. It is reasonable easy to get into and out of the parking lot, there are usually plenty of spaces available and I have not really had to wait in any unreasonable lines (Even at Christmas time it was just a few folks at the line)/ I can;t speak of the Pharmacy, but as far as the store is concerned,d its a good store for folks in the area

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The people here are nice but you walk into the store and it's like going back in time. Checkout lines take 10x as long as they should. I've spent multiple trips with just 1-3 items and had to wait 10-15 mins to checkout. The payment system is painfully slow and you notice how long it takes with each guest. AND they mark up their prices when they have specials so it looks like a better deal than it actually is. And on top of that - the average price for some smaller items is 2-3x what the price is online and they don't price match. I've lived in Oviedo since 2014 and I don't know how this place is still in business. I will drive an extra 10 mins to never ever use this location again.

This has been my local Walgreens for years. The staff is friendly and the store always seems to be in order when I go in. I've used their pharmacy previously and never had any problems. I decided to write this after I called to ask for some help with a photo I needed to have printed, which after uploading looked like it would print with a white border. I spoke with Samantha and she was SUPER kind and was able to check the photo to ensure it would print correctly.

This Walgreens pharmacy is on their game! Call all the time with script info and remind me about refills before i run out. Everyone in the pharmacy has been so pleasant every time i go in.

This is a great Walgreens in my opinion! I've only used this one for a Passport photo, but it was a great experience! Shoutout to Reina (I think that's her name) for being so helpful. She first answered my questions over the phone with a terrific attitude. Then Reina helped me right away at the store. When I didn't like how I looked in the first two photos, she allowed me to redo them and they came out much better! She had a great attitude the whole time. Terrific employee!
