I ordered a small set of 12 invitations online and went to pick them up after work today. It turns out when I thought I got "submit," I don't know what happened, but it did not, in fact, submit my order. Jeff was patient, and after trying several different attempts to look it up, he let me know it could be done quickly. I was grateful because it was my fault, but he didn't make me feel bad about it. He then printed them out, and he came to find me as I was browsing in the store and let me know the invitations were cropped in such a way, that when they printed- important information was cut off. We then began to troubleshoot and fix the cropping issue. I re resubmitted my order and he was able to ensure the new prints were perfect!
Jeff was kind and articulate throughout the entire process! I will be there for my future printing needs!
Also, this pictured brand, smells AMAaaAaaAaaaZAING

Drive through pharmacy sucks…they are so slow I had to go inside to pickup script Pharmacists seem disconnected and in their own world…could care less about efficient customer service…usually get meds through mail order pharmacy but this time had to go there because of a center care visit
Avoid these idiots if at all possible!

JENNIFER CICCONE. This is not the first time that I’ve had a negative interaction with the workers at Walgreens. I was in line for 20 to 30 minutes before being helped and when it was my turn the associate was helping me and the pharmacist, Jennifer, stepped in with such a cruel attitude, telling me that I am taking time out of her lunch when I was waiting patiently in my car waiting for An answer to my question. I simply responded to her are you telling me to leave? And she told me yes, you were taking up time for my lunch and need to return by 2. I would like to preface this by saying that I was not originally speaking to her, and she came in hot with a rude attitude and ended This conversation with me by Putting up a poster to cover the window And did not even give me my RX requiring me to come back at a later time to my inconvenience.

One star is being generous. A prescription that should be on autofill monthly, never seems to be. My physician’s staff have even contacted the rude staff at this pharmacy (major attitude from a specific young woman always and no apology for never having the autofill). It’s stressful and my child has gone without medication for days at a time often due to this issue. Today my delivery order was cancelled after days of contact requesting the medication, paying for the medication and confirming today that it was being shipped to me during another phone call to the pharmacy. I picked up the prescription in person after such frustration and returned home to a very confused door dash delivery guy at my home reporting that for some reason, the order was cancelled (wasting his time as well). I literally have a massive headache from it all and my son (who suffers from a rare form of Colitis) has a horrible stomach ache due to not having his medication for days at a time. I have contacted physicians to have all prescriptions sent to CVS from now on. Peace of mind, proper treatment and professionalism await my family. Thank goodness.

I wish there was a way to give this pharmacy location less than zero stars. The pharmacist at this location is the nastiest, snottiest, most condescending person I have ever experienced in a customer service setting. She was rude to my husband once over the phone, twice to his face, and most recently to me also in person. Going to pharmacy school is not an excuse to be rude and nasty to customers. I regret that we didn’t have a say where our prescriptions went when WinnDixie closed but rest assured we will be transferring our business to a different location ASAP. THIS LOCATION IS THE LITERAL WORST.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with. My son is epileptic and ADHD. We moved to Oviedo in September and have had nothing but problems trying to get his adderal filled. Every month depending on who is working it’s always a different excuse on why they can’t fill the prescription. It’s out of stock, you need to wait for authorization! How does someone tell me how to spend my money. If I don’t want to wait for authorization and I want to pay cash using GoodRx, who are they to tell me I can’t do just that??? I have rights and you’re taking those rights from me. The pharmacist is very rude. Actually all the staff are rude. Just fill the damn prescription. I will be contacting someone to determine if legally I’m able to do something about this. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been dealing with Walgreens for many years in other areas in Florida where we’ve lived and have never had any problems getting prescriptions filled. You are a pharmacy, follow the physicians order. If I could give you a zero star I would. Corporate must not follow up on Google reviews and maybe that’s why you’re sitting at a 2.8. You treat your customers poorly.

Purchased bookmarks that I made for a funeral and had printed in photo. When I went to pick them up the cutter wasn't working correctly. JENNY TO THE RESCUE. She hand cut 52 bookmarks individually with an amazing attitude the entire time!! She is the best and I am so glad that she was there!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE - STAY CLEAR OF THIS WALLGREENS - My wife Jan came in scheduled or a COVID test 1/6 at request of her doctor. Both Pharmacy and store manager did not help her and refused to perform a test. I called and talked with manager Jennie L and was not able to get this resolved as her excuse was this was according to billing and protocol. I am a health professional for over 45 years - this situation was not handled properly and good customer service is not practiced here.

Came into the pharmacy with a prescription from the hospital on Friday, 15 December. Was told that the cream that was prescribed to me was not available but would be in on Monday. Never once got told that this prescription was over-the-counter until I called to follow up the next week, three days after my prescription was to have been filled only to tell me that my insurance wasn’t going to cover it after I was given a price, and that I just need to go to the proper aisle for it. This is something I’ve needed. I should’ve been told from the get-go that it was just an over-the-counter item. How much these people don’t care about other customers is very blatantly obvious. I will be making sure that I go to a different pharmacy from now on.

Need better systems in place to fill orders more efficiently even if there is a high volume of prescriptions to be filled. No sense of urgency during call-ins or drive thru, in fact somewhat rude as well. Seemed to enjoy Informing how long it would take. (30-45 minutes) Walked in to see how busy they were and seemed to be laughing and joking around behind counter. Most likely will not use in the future.? Still waiting an hour later....

Would give zero stars if I could. They ignore the phone, never answer. When I show up for my prescription, they don't ever have it ready. That's why I try to call before I go! Horrible!
