Even though this location is closest to me, I tend to go to the one in Casselberry only because this location many times either doesn't have certain items in stock or they just don't carry it at all. Their product section is not as extensive as the one in Casselberry either. Staff however is always so pleasant and helpful here, which is why I gave it three stars.

This Wal-Mart is my favorite Wal-Mart! Which is convenient because it's the closest one to my house. Wal-Mart's can be chaotic, not always super clean and just a hassle to go to. Not this one! Its clean, well stocked, the employees are friendly. I have been here many times but I go inside far less than I used to due to Wal-Mart Grocery pickup! I use the service once to twice a week. It's awesome. I shop for my groceries on the walmart grocery app, check in when I'm on my way and they bring my groceries to my car when I park in the designated grocery pick up spaces. The app is easy to use, the prices and descriptions are accurate. The shoppers have consistently been accurate. If any items are out of stock or need to be substituted, they are great at communicating that. It saves me time and the hassle of going inside the store, I'm not a huge fan of grocery shopping. This service is free if you spend $35 or more. I love it and hope it continues!

Everyone talks about horror stories about Walmart but this Walmart is not like those "horror stories" you hear about. This Walmart is super clean and the staff are friendly. Parking isn't a hassle.

I just left a full basket of groceries because I had bought 24 cans of Fancy Feast cat food and had a $1 off coupon and it wouldn't go through their system for some reason it was not expired it was fine the CSM comes over red headed girl with glasses very nasty said sorry we can't do this gave me no reason other than it wouldn't go through their system. I was so ticked, I told them they could put away every bit of groceries in that basket and void my order I was leaving. utter BS. I am really tired of the bad attitudes that I come across at the store this is my neighborhood store...makes me want to avoid Walmart completely.

Employee had a stright up bad attitude. I asked for help and acted like annoyed to have to comply with that request. Surprised to see it was actually the sporting goods department manager at that. Oh and the help was to get something behind the counter and to be rung up, no technical questions just simple stuff.

I am absolutely astonished by the complete lack of customer service at the store. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker from another Walmart that was not good quality and wanted to return it four days later. I took a picture of my receipt as I do with all of my receipts and went to exchange it here. They would not accept the receipt because it was a photo and would only take a paper receipt. I offered my credit card transaction to go along with that and they completely dismissed me. They said the policy was in place to protect them from people trying to scam them. I feel that if you have an honest customer with credit card transactions, a picture of the receipt with the product itself all that they had to do was scan it and it would show up. They would not do it. It seems as if they don't care about the customer at all! Very disappointed

We counted over 15 employees throughout the store, however arrived to the registers to check-out with $150 worth of groceries, and there were ZERO registers open. Only self-checkout. And TWO employees named Stephanie and Selina stood there watching and gossiping as we rang up our own items. I understand budget cuts, however if you're paying two people to stand there and WATCH me ring myself up and bag my own items, then they can just as easily be DOING the cashier's job and actually EARNING their paycheck. My husband and I are both nurses and it pisses me off that employees think they can milk their employee of money by standing around doing nothing. If we did that at the hospital, people would notice and patients would die. I don't understand this mentality or WalMart's thought process of paying people to stand in their store not doing anything. We customers DO notice.

This place is great, I always have a story to tell after shopping here. My latest? Getting asked to a threesome by some strangers. Crazy place man, gets your groceries, your guns, your electronics and that girl you saw earlier with her boyfriend just might attempt to get you to go home with em. No I won't tell you what I said

First time here last night. It doesn't look very big on the outsize but it's a nice size store. Walk ways are narrow so you have to be careful passing another shopping cart. Parking lot is decent though entrance/exit options can be confusing depending on which direction you're coming from/headed to. Staff was friendly. Lines started building up while I was there. A couple other cashiers opened up to beat the line back down. That's very unusual for Walmart! This might turn into my regular grocery stop.

Generally I am more of a Target person but since I moved right around the corner from this Wal-Mart I end up doing a lot of my shopping here. In all honesty, it's not that bad. I usually don't have to wait super long in lines and I haven't found it to be super crowded either. What I tend to struggle with is that they do not always have the items I need in stock, which other stores are a bit better at (like, um, Target lol). I've gone to buy makeup for example and the color I needed was out of stock for over 2 weeks, which was not cool. There was another time I went and the hairbrush section was basically cleaned out and it took them several weeks to restock that. The nice thing about this location is again, the fact that it is not overly busy and you can get your shopping done without getting run over like you might in other Walmart stores. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it and plan to continue shopping here.

I generally do not like Wal-Mart stores, but this one (dare I say it) wasn't that bad. It was cleaner and better organized than I other Wal-Marts that I've ventured into and I was pleasantly surprised to find a good amount of UCF Knight merchandise. The store was easy to navigate with large signs pointing you to the different sections and the best part of my whole experience was the check-out process. Although this Wal-Mart was busy, they had adequate numbers of sales associates at the check-out lanes and the process was pretty speedy. As I've mentioned, I'm not too fond of Wal-Marts in general, but I wouldn't mind returning to this one.

If they had a zero that's what they would get!! They are rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I was there today with an ad in hand asked for a price match and the manager (later found out he wasn't a manager), denied it...he said that why didn't I go to the store with the sale price item? I guess they don't want my money and take it my business else where!! I called other walmarts in my area and every store has a different price matching policy according to the Walmart Corp policy a customer doesn't have to have the ad in hand, the only price matching that they don't do is Amazon. This was a local store ad that I brought in! I'm never setting a foot in a Walmart store ever again!! Yes I posted this all over social media!!

I like this location, because it's a bit smaller that the other walmart supercenter. The service is more peraonable. I came by to get a copy of a key. Maria was professional and very quick to assist me. The food area is clean, organized and stocked.

I have a middle of the line opinion about walmart. Usually I don't like them because of their policies and how they treat their employees, but for us college students, sometimes the low prices can tempt us like sirens tempting sailors to jump overboard to their gloomy, oceany demise. I have found good deals here on strawberries and even managed to buy nice planter sets for my mini herb garden (despite the fact they really don't have an outdoor gardening section), so not a bust. But other than that, many of the bogos my husband and I take advantage of at publix make shopping at walmart for low prices a moot point. Plus, I never get a great parking spot, always end up with a ratchet shopping cart with one gimp wheel, and the people you see at walmart never cease to amaze me...reminds me that evolution truly is a conscious process.
