Horrible service! Medications are never ready. You hold forever, just in time for them to tell you they are closing. After you ordered your medication 1-2 days prior. They blame your doctor as an excuse. Always out of medications.

I switch to Walmart Pharmacy when I needed medicare Part D insurance. The pharmacist a caring and professional. They will always check to ensure the drugs you are taking. The Pharmacy Tech's are also very helpful. For example the Pharm Tech, Daniela, help me lower my cost by recommendding a generic over the counter product versus a higher cost prescription. Job well done, Daniela.

I would give them -0 Stars if this was an option!!! I have gone to this Walmart several times throughout the years it has been opened and I am never happy with it! I don't understand why put such a small and limited inventory store in a popular area? They never have anything of what I need. Food is always about to expire, if not already so and just sitting on shelves. Even before Covid this was the case with this store. It's uncomfortable with small aisles and limited inventory. Expired food and horrible employees. Why even put up a Walmart to provide horrible service? I'm very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY WALMART GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE! My entire family has be shopping at this Walmart store for years. In fact our family owns a small business in the area and we buy Walmart gift cards as Christmas presents to give to our wonderful employees. Sadly Walmart does not protect their own gift cards from being hacked nor honor them when they are. Was it a criminal in their store that Walmart failed to stop? Was it an inside job by a Walmart employee? Sadly we will probably never know. We bought the gift cards as Christmas presents and like any red blooded American we expect them to be secure just like when we buy medications, food or soda pop. It is Walmart's responsibility to the consumer sell us a secure item that is safe and sound and have exactly what was advertised inside the packaging or gift card. We expected Walmart who made over $13,000,000,000 billion dollars in profit in 2021 to rectify the situation by giving us another gift card but sadly they do not care about their reputation nor their customers. We filed a police report. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Went to this store two days ago, spent close to $300 on baby items, one item was a $5 bottle of teething medicine. They had problems finding the price on this bottle because it had no box and no scan but they looked it up and sold it to me. I get home and open the bottle and it has been used. I go to return it with my receipt and they tell me I can't return it without the box. They sold it to me without a box but can't accept it back without a box. You have to be careful with this place, so much stuff is used and been returned and you don't know until you get home and they won't let you open up a box to make sure it is new before you buy it. I won't be shopping here anymore and I know people tend to say that and not mean it but I am so done.

If I could give this store a zero I would. This store has the worst employees , customer service etc. Just total incompetence to me . Even the Managers need more training . Check out today through a " live " employee this morning was quite the ordeal with their mistakes on charges & voiding & redoing the whole ticket because they were trying to charge me 183 bucks for 2 green peppers! I pretty much knew it was a mistake ( by the cashier - even though she seemed quite confused ) then still over charging me after having to ring my entire purchase once again . I was so irritated after 3 employees that I had them return everything & give me my $$ back . We were talking a little less then 40 bucks & they still couldn't get it right - management & all .

I just returned from the Walmart on Deep Lake Rd. in Oviedo. I spent nearly an hour arguing with Danielle who identified herself as the manager and three other people about getting the money back on the core charge for the two automotive batteries purchased almost three years ago. I had the receipt showing the deposit of $12.00 for each of the two batteries was paid and the receipt was provided. They refused to give my core charge back for the batteries I carried in and tried to return unless I purchased new batteries again. I did not want more batteries I just wanted to get my core charge back for the batteries I was returning. I had to leave with the batteries and did not get my refund. My wife was shopping there as I was arguing at the service desk, I called her on the cell phone and told her to leave the cart, we will no longer spend money at Walmart. I even Googled the policy of everyone selling automotive batteries, including Walmart on returning the deposit money on batteries, known as core charge, and showed it to her, but she would not budge. I turned in two batteries when I bought these batteries and got my core charge back for them, but had to pay a new core charge for the new batteries I was buying, nobody could understand how a deposit and refund for deposit works.

Barely have any lanes open except self-checkout but if you use it they will treat you like a thief. Do not forget an item under the cart before paying or Joanne will TRIPLE check your cart and have the cart-checkers outside do so as well. Surprisingly (not) enough she only eyed the people of color purchasing.
