2 days in a row already this place has no cash in the ATM. Had to go to Publix atm and pay non Wells Fargo fee because I’m not driving to another one. This is an ongoing issue at this location.

Wow. After reading some posts, I understand my situation. I wasn't able to get assisted in completing an application neither. The representative only said that she couldn't help me with the application, that I was already more than 30 mins (no other customer there), and that I can sit and try to file the application using my phone. When at home, the rates were different from the ones that I saw there.

The staff is so amazing at this branch! I have had excellent and personalized service there. Yvette got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment, and I really appreciate it. She is super professional, opened an account, explained everything and told me so much about payment systems. The teller was also very friendly and fast. It was a great experience, and it is my favourite bank now!

1hr 15 minute wait to do wire transfer. Did not have appointment so I guess that is my fault. The days of simple walk in banking are gone. Understaffed for expeditious customer service.

We went to open a checking account and the experience was smooth and easy. Yvette was friendly, efficient, and informative to us during the process. She made it easy and was so sweet! The tellers were also very friendly and efficient. Great experience at this Wells Fargo!

I took my teenage daughter in so she can learn how to deposit money into her saving account and the teller was so sweet and helpful. It was a very positive experience for us and I know we will be going back

Was inside the lobby with an appointment on Tuesday, January 12th. As usual I received excellent, top-notch professional service. We have had accounts here since it was a Wachovia, which goes back over 20 years. There's at least one super employee who has been here as long as we've been customers! And there are others who we've known for a long time. Wells Fargo Bank is a bank, and it's not perfect; but this branch is an awesome reflection of folks who provide great customer service. When you come inside, which we don't do too often, you'll notice that quite a few of us are recognized and respectfully spoken with. It's a great bank. Their fine service is so appreciated.

I went this afternoon with my pregnant daughter and granddaughter to open a new junior account. The bank was totally empty and when the representative approached us and asked what we needed we explained and she said that we needed to make an appointment and come back the next day because she was th only one there. I was shocked because once again no one was in the bank. This is extremely bad customer service. It appeared like she did not want to service us or do any work today.

Horrible customer service. The manager didn't pay attention at all to my currently situation, was rude and basically immediately said: there's nothing I can do to help and turned the back on me. I've been a customer for basically 3 years now and I've never had such a bad experience before. Unbelievable!!

The ATM doesn't take deposits often. how does an ATM not take money? The workers are nice, but they are nosey about your life and what you do with your money; it's weird.
