Since I cant work on my car in the villages advanced were nice enough to let me change my alternator in their parking lot plus one of their employees helped me to get the belt back on correctly...always had very helpfull employees in any state I've been in thanks again advanced auto ...you rock

My Father and I usually dislike going to AutoParts stores because they typically don't answer very many questions or are unable to help us with our problems. But, after going here, we haven't been anywhere else. All the employees know exactly what they are talking about, they are very friendly, and are able to help with whatever the problem may be. I've even seem them outside the store helping place a battery in a vehicle, and even diagnosing the issues there on site. They not only know a lot about new vehicles, but they also know a lot about the older vehicles that may take different oils, lubricants, etc. I appreciate the knowledge they provide, and they always seem to have the parts that I need. I won't be going to any autoparts store in the near future.

Me and my husband showed up at 7:30 am and were having batterie problems they did come out and check our battery and test it but how ever when it came time to jump the vehicle they brought out a small jump box and wouldn’t start the vehicle. They then told us to walk over to the mavis next door and ask someone to help us! I don’t know a whole lot about part stores but I’m sure they could have done a lot more then tell us to go ask someone else!

This location of Advanced Auto in Belleview is not always my favorite, and that’s okay given the high level of competition among auto parts stores in this small town. However, I believe they need to lower their prices to stay competitive and hire staff who know how to treat customers respectfully, especially women.
When I enter a business asking questions about my vehicle, it's because I genuinely want to learn and need assistance. I don’t appreciate receiving smart-aleck comments or feeling belittled for not knowing something. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened during my visit, and it left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

My husband stopped here to get some fuel line and didn't need a whole roll. The associate went above and beyond to help get the amount of line my hubby needed. His name was David. Thanks David?Great customer service!!

At store 4243 Clay did an amazing job went above and beyond to walk to Murphys gas station to jump me and clean my battery and place my new one in ? more associates need to be like him ?
