My mom had a loose bolt on the door hinge of her car. Christian looked and it and fixed it in a couple minutes. Another local business wouldn’t take the time to even look at it. They said they were too busy. Christian’s kindness and help was so appreciated. We will highly recommend your business to our family and friends. Thank you!

Stopped into this store today after my license plate came flying off in the car wash... was so lucky to get Nina, .one of the managers who knew exactly what I needed and proceeded to help me reinstall it and sent me on my way with my plate intact!!!
Such fabulous customer service and I will be back....

I went into the Auto Zone on CR 466 in The Villages (Oxford) for wiper blades. While one associate took care my financial needs Christian grabbed my blades and installed them. Not only did he installed them but he cleaned my windshield and said I wish you a safe trip home. Not only was that good customer care, it said a lot about Auto Zone!

Just left AutoZone on 466 because I needed a new battery. As soon as I walked in Michael was behind the counter and asked me if he could help me with anything. I explained I needed a battery. He immediately started helping me by looking up my truck make and model and then explained to me my options for a replacement. After I chose one he got right on the install for me and had it swapped out in just a few minutes. He stayed with me to make sure the truck started up and then I was on my way. I’ve always been pleased with Michael and the whole staff at this AutoZone. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks Mike!!

The manager that assisted me with my check out order was fantastic!!! She went above her duties by making sure I was given the correct parts before checking me out!!! She truly was amazing, and I'm sorry I did not get her name. But shout to her!!!
