We flew from Colorado to deal with our AC System in our house in the Village and scheduled 1 month ahead thru American Home Shield with this Burleson HVAC company they contact with. Burleson called us a day ahead of our schedule as we were at the airport saying they were at our house, wrong day and put it on is. Then they rescheduled us twice and keep blowing us off. Terrible company

Don't understand the reviews on this business. They were fast reliable professional helpful and fixed my issues right away would recommend them to anyone.

This company is absolutely horrible. I initially used them with American Home Shield and then because I was wanting a new system, I went with Burleson Services. Andy came to my house and told me that he would take care of me. I paid $1,000s of dollars for a new system. Less than 2 weeks of having it, they had to replace the TXV and coils. Was without A/C for over a week. Just recently the unit was not maintaining temperature and called them back because I have a 2 year parts and labor guarantee with the company. I talked to Andrew (the owner) and he told me due to the heat, that it is normal. He was very rude and unprofessional. Technician Mike (who is very good) shows up and tells me they need to replace the TXV and coils again. I am so dissatisfied with this company, that if I could rip the whole unit out, I would do so and set it on his front door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were very nice to work with and great service. The lady that answered the phone to the guy that came out to fix our AC. Very polite and helpful. Nice customer service. Got out AC fixed very quickly with a smile..

This company works for American Home Sheild. They get $100 for answering the call. They assigned us a time for service,between 1-4. At 330pm we checked in with them. They said the tech called and we didn’t answer and didn’t call back. We waited all day. No ac for a week while waiting for them. They said if you didn’t call back in 10mns after the service man called you were cancelled. We told them we had no call.
We called American Home Shield and told them. They said the company said that they called twice and we couldn’t get our $100 back as it was a service call. Gimmick. Don’t use this company! They can say they called but they didn’t and their is no phone record if the call. Will never use.

Update: Make that ZERO stars. When Burleson services returned on Friday, Chris (still a courteous young man) was accompanied by an older man that I am thinking was the owner. He was very short....curt, rude. Said that theblower was gone and it was a pre-existing problem that was not covered by AHS. I was on the phone Saturday with AHS and was told that we have the platinum plan, and the repairs were covered. BUT! Burleson had not given them a diagnosis. They tried to phone them but got their VM. and left a message. Then she sent a text. Well, to make this review short let me just say that Andrew Burleson was rude to our nephew as well. So I called another AC company and they said it was the motor. They had the part delivered here and within two hours the AC was fixed. We paid them $1300 for a job well done. Oh... and the repairman was friendly, as well as over 35 years experience. If you have HVAC problems, try Munn's in Fruitland Park or Lady Lake. They have over 120,000 5 star reviews. Save yourself the stress.
Burleson tech, Chris, just left my house. I was a bit worried after reading all of the negative reviews. But Chris, the young man that arrived (on time) was very professional, very courteous and made the whole experience a positive one. He showed me how to change the filter and how to pour vinegar in the drain pipe every 30 days, followed by hot tap water. His parents should be proud that they raised such a fine young man. We will definitely ask for Chris at Burleson when we have a lb of Freon added. My advice to others is to ignore the bad reviews. Burleson is a great company for HVAC repairs.

Had my AC checked by a different company after Burleson installed about 4 years ago.
Ductwork was not sealed
Drain lines run uphill
Safety shut-off was not installed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The worst experience I have ever had with a service company. If you want your time wasted, and incompetent office staff then this is the place to call. They were assigned as the contractor by our Home Warranty company. The A/C Service experience was so awful over the past 4 weeks that our warranty company waived our service fee & has started an internal formal complaint process against them.
