The guys at this Firestone location were awesome! We were traveling back home after spending vacation in Orlando. On the Turnpike I discovered a nail in my tire, and brought it here for repair. They prioritized our vehicle when they discovered we had two small children with us, making the entire process take about 30 minutes and only costed $32 after taxes. Such a quick, affordable, and friendly service was exactly what we needed to get back on the road with peace of mind. Shout out to John, Gabriel (our service tech) and the rest of the team at this location! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

While traveling from South Florida to Kansas City, we broke down just north of Orlando. Thankfully, we found Firestone—and what a blessing that was! James and the entire team took us in with incredible pride and customer service. They didn’t just treat us well—they treated everyone who walked through the door with care and respect. Thank you, Team Firestone, for the outstanding support and professionalism. You truly went above and beyond!

After the bad customer service I had over at Tire Plus in Leesburg, I went to this store and they were extremely excellent and best customer service there. They went the extra mile to make up for the bad service from the other store. I was about to cut my credit card up never deal with them again but this store in Wildwood made me to reconsider it and keep my business there. James at the store really stepped up and made the difference on what great customer service they provide. Can’t thank him enough.

Outstanding! Both the mechanical and customer service were great during my visit here. They did not waste time, they did not try to sell products or services I did not need, but they did do those little extras that another shop may have charged me for. I will be using this location again.

If I could I would give a Zero review. I had to tow our company vehicle to this location because it would not stay running, battery, light, and break light was on. Battery was receiving 10v while engine was running. Our diagnoses was bad alternator. After dropping the vehicle off and Oxfor Firestone having our vehicle for a full day, they called us to pick up the vehicle with "no problems found". Of course I was shocked because it would not start when we dropped it off. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it barely started, the battery light, and break light was on and it would not come out of first gear now and kept stalling. We imediatley went back inside where we were rudely told to take the vehicle to the dealer as they do not work on electrical issues and that they can not diagnose intermitent issues. But it was not intermitent it was bad now. They said we needed to leave and take it to the dealer. We called the dealer and they said they could not schedule for a week. We then brought it to Meinikie in Ocala and they diagnosed a bad alternator and replaced it, and everything is working fine. I called Oxford Firestone to let them know that I was unhappy with the way we were handled and that they should have been able to diagnose, and how rude they were to us. I said we would not bring our vehicle there any more. Their answer was, "OK, great", and hung up. I have never had an experience like this ever, and needed to share my experience.
