Robert was incredible. He took great care of us as clients. I showed up to pick up my truck, and Robert had everything prepared before we arrived. He was prompt, friendly and professional.

Crappy truck. Much more expensive than Penske.
Leaking tire.
Plug-in ports non-functional.
Roll-down windows.
Very loud.
Gears stuck in low on downhills.
Vehicle not maintained.
Drop-off location was fine — nice staff.
Didn’t make up for crappy truck.
Who is maintaining uhaul vehicles rented at “neighborhood” rental points?
