“I don't typically write reviews, especially on smoke shops, but this was one I had to write. I had a pretty bad experience at a different smoke shop and just looked up the nearest one to me, which was this one. I called (wednesday 7/23 about 10pm) to make sure they had the flavor I wanted left, and the guy on the phone was extremely pleasant and friendly (he did say his name I just dont remember!). He set aside the one I wanted until I got there. When I walked in I immediately felt welcomed and started telling him about my previous experience and he was extremely informative and understanding with any questions I had. Thank you guys for turning a bad night into a great one! Keep up the good work! Customer service like that is EVERYTHING, he got me hooked up on the loyalty program and was truly a Godsend!
