Do not recommend. They have issues with getting orders correct. Last year we purchased shutters for 4 windows, but the style that came in 3 weeks later was not correct. We had to wait another 3 weeks for correction. Lately we decided to do the rest of the house. We thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again. 3 weeks later the order came in, but was the order was missing shutters for the sliding glass door in our bedroom. Again, we had to wait for the shutters to arrive. We had no covering of the sliding glass door until the order finally came in. We had bright sunshine in our bedroom for more than two weeks, making it difficult to sleep. I called Tracy and asked for monetary compensation, but it was refused. Think twice...

I had the same problem aa S B shared two years ago. They came out and measured my window in order to customize my plantation shutters. Then when they installed them, they didn’t fit. An experienced installer came out and made adjustments but it has never been right and he knew it. All he could then do was blame the builder for installing the window crooked. Even if it was crooked, they measured it, so how could it not fit?To your response: Do you really think at this point the builder cares? The windows were installed, blinds were installed, it was working and looked great. Two years later, the builder couldn't care less. But if your shutter representative wants to make a third trip here to try to adjust it, go ahead and send him. Or maybe building a shutter that fits the window is the solution.

Stopped in on a whim and was very impressed with Tracey who waited on me. She answered all of my many questions, She came to my home and gave me an excellent estimate. She seemed to know just what I wanted and the price was great! Very professional and friendly service!

If "custom" (made or done to order for a particular customer) is their mantra, they fail miserably. Job site was measured so shutters could be "custom" made to fit window openings. Installation was performed with not being level and spacing up 1" difference between shutters. Then they insult your intelligence and shift blame that the windows were installed crooked and the shutters can not be properly installed. Very disappointed and would not recommend them

Stopped in for an estimate and was promptly and professionally helped. Estimate was better than Lowe's. Products ranged from standard to very new design. Glad I went there.
