We tried to order on the kiosk inside! Tried all 3 and told the woman behind the counter that they wasn’t working. She said I’ll be over so she starts helping another gentleman and said that’s all you have to do ! I said it’s not going to go through and it didn’t a bid Red notice came up and said you are SOL ! I said well you can take our Oder over there and she said no I can’t !! We have no control if the wifi is down!! Can you imagine! Another girl came in that was trying to use the app and hers would not let her order either! All down with Wendy’s!! WILL NOT RETURN!!

My baked potato wasn't even split open. It had the cheese and bacon just poured over it and half of the potato either wasn't cooked or just a bad potato it was so hard. Probably couldn't cut it open it was so hard I'm thinking.

4 visits, a problem with every visit. All 4 times the fries are overcooked or brown as the bag they come in. And I have had to come back each time for my order being wrong. Worst part 3 times now I have called and called over the past year and I get no response or answer on the phone. They also have a full VM box so there will be no reply.

I'm not a fan of using a kiosk to order my own food or checking myself out. I haven't been trained to do so and when there's an error it looks like it's my fault. There was no receipt so I get to look like a fool too. This is not my idea of good service and I won't return. Also my chocolate frosty was sub par. I dont know how they make it since I'm not an employee there but more chocolate please. The coke machine had all the flavors except plain coke. Overall the staff was nice until I was asking where was my other sandwich where they got defensive instead of trying to help me. Say sorry, tell me you're working on it while I go back to the kiosk and try to order it again myself. The place looks new and some customer service training is needed. If a kiosk is the way of the future of Wendy's, you lost 1 customer.

We just had an amazing experience at this Wendy’s. Tabatha was simply so sweet towards me and my family. She absolutely made our day, what a top of the tier employee. Thank you ??☺️❤️Kid-friendliness: Tabatha was very kind towards the kids.

Stopped to grab a couple burgers, for which we had enough points to get one free. Went into restaurant and all ordering is done at computers. No menu visible EXCEPT on the computer. Computer wouldn't scan our coupon code. No one to offer assistance. After ten minutes, frustration led us to get into our car and use the drive-thru. ZERO for contactless ordering that didn't work. Clerk taking our order at the drive-thru was ok. Guess they don't have pennies as we were short-changed a few cents. Burgers were tasty. Won't be back.

It was very frustrating day for me but when I arrived at this Wendy's I was greeted by Tabitha.The Aurora of her kindness is contagious.While waiting for my food I observed the way she treated her coworkers and other customers by the I was finished with my food I was in a much better mood.Tabitha and her entire crew are the example of what courtesy kindness and fast food should be.And all of them have good voices

Ordered two #7s. One with ketchup, mustard, cheese and bacon and one regular. Along with some other items. When we got home we found BOTH burgers with no veggies or bacon. This is the 2nd time we have had an issue with this Wendy's this month. Service is going down hill fast it seems.

Food was okay but luke warm at best. You order from a kiosk so if you have any questions or have a coupon you are out of luck. Gentleman behind didn't know how to use kiosks. No one came out to help him so I ended up explaining it to him. No condiments out what so ever.Kid-friendliness: Have kid friendly meals

Worst store ever. You have to drive around the building in two full circles if you go to the drive-thru. There's no assistance with placing your order inside. And half the time the machines don't even work. Once I came and the delivery driver even had the parking lot blocked and there's only one way in and one way out terrible store design will not eat here anymore

Worst Wendy's EVER!! Dave Thomas would be so disappointed! You have to go to the kiosk to manually put in your own order! Btw if I was paying an employee to move as slowly as their kiosk screens, they wouldn't be employed very long!! What's next Wendy's? Are we going to have to start making the food ourselves?!?!? It's funny how expensive the crappy fast food has gotten and how the service has declined!
