Start off with the furniture is sorry. We got it a loveseat from them it was messed up at the beginning I kept on trying to tell them that they waited about 3 months to come out and check it they want to accuse me of breaking a rod in it
They bring out another couch just like it the day they brought it the back would not stay on and it was scrubbing when it rocked you let out the leg on it and it would not go back in with you sitting on it I have three witnesses to know this
Then I get a washing machine it messes up they tell me it cannot be fixed but in the meantime they brought a loaner out it was way smaller than the one I had but they wanted me to pay the same price for that little bitty one same as the big one you go in there ever washing machine is different prices
So why would she make me pay the same price of that little bitty one as of a big one
So I told him to come get the crap and I was making no more payments on it and I don't want nothing else from here

I would never be doing business with them again. The sales manager is polite and awesome, but the one that takes payments is rude and disrespectful, even after proven that my payment was paid through my bank he still threatened to take my stuff away from us. I am done with them. Customers should not be treated this way.

So I bought a computer from Aarons about 3 1/2 months ago if that. They claimed that the computer was brand new in a box and when they came to deliver the PC nothing was in a box. There was scratches all over the monitor and the tower before the one guy had dropped the inside of the truck, not realizing that I was just standing there and he said “oops” then laugh so I giggled with him to and he turned white as a ghost when turning around seeing me standing there. i’ve been trying to play one game and that’s it on this PC. All it does is crash and load and turn off. So I started to do some research on Arron’s site. They claim that this PC had one of the best graphic cards For the gaming. when I looked online with the brand of PC that I bought. It is not what they told me that is was going to be. Straight lied to me in person to get a sale. Fake advertisement is not cool when trying to get rid of items that you claim to be a high end pc . All employees need to be retrained Manger including
