A few weeks ago I was getting ready to leave the house to head to the airport for a business trip and the battery in my truck was dead. I was able to get a jump start but I did not want to risk it going dead again, especially at the airport when I had a late night return flight. I also knew I couldn't change it out due to a rotator cuff injury I was working through. I called Advance and explained my situation and Mike, the Manager, told me to come in and he would change out the battery, even though he was the only person in the store and he had a conference call coming up. Mike took care of me and got me the right battery for my truck and handled the installation quickly and professionally. Mike is good natured and very knowledgeable and will now always have my business. Thank you, Mike!

I just want to start off by saying that I have been to multiple places trying to order a particular part and every time the part came in it was never the right one. So I decided to pop into this location to see if they could help me out. Not only did they get me the correct part but they actually drove to a different location to pick up the parts that I needed. The gentlemen who helped me went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. This is a fantastic location and I highly recommend.

Mike B. Helped out with the selection and install of new wiper blades and he did a fantastic Job. He came out in the pouring rain and did an install with a smile on his face. His customer service skills are unmatched. Thanks Mike!

Worst store ever .. as returning a part I purchased at the Pensacola advance auto parts. I was told that I couldn’t return the item in there store because I didn’t buy it from that store and they eventually let me return my item and told me that I had to get my money put back on a card which I didn’t have because I paid cash for the part. They were rude and to be honest I was getting racist vibes.

These guys went out of their way to help my mom with her battery. When they removed the old battery, they accidentally broke the old battery holder. This wasn't their fault it was metal and corroded from the old battery connections. They replaced it for free and her on her way. Honestly, I would recommend this store. Timothy was who helped us.

Always a helpful staff. If you know what you want, you can order online to save a few bucks and pick it up in the store. If you're not sure, the knowledgeable folks there will give their best advice.

FIVE starts for the employees-Angel and Blake. These two gentlemen were very kind, patient and helpful when I came in needing to complete a battery warranty.m exchange for a DieHard Gold that was purchased in Fairhope, AL. Blake, who stepped in to assist Angel, went above beyond to try to help me with the warranty exchange with NO help from his store manager-Teresa, who was very unconcerned and showed NO customer service or compassion towards the entire situation with a battery that is only sold at Advance and was manufactured in July 2021. Blake attempted to gain her permission to complete a manual warranty as advised from the Fairhope store rep, Andrew who was also very helpful, however, Teresa would not agree and made the entire situation impossible. Blake showed great leadership during the entire transaction while the actual store manager was again, NO HELP and was completely unconcerned. Thank you both again, Angel and Blake, for showing me that customer service does indeed still exist. If I could write a review for Teresa, I would and she would get ZERO STARS.We were able to complete the warranty exchange with no issue at all, at the hub store- in Pensacola.
