I’d leave 0 if I could. Never in my life have I had to deal with such horrible customer service. 3 different times these people have sworn up and down that my payment has been saved for automatic payments. And 3 different times Ive had to pay an outrageous storage bill because they can’t manage their accounts properly. Then I get told “you know you have these accounts so you know you have to pay them”. Comical. Whats the point of automatic payment then?? Just do yourself a BIG favor and choose another storage. These people don’t know what they are doing.

Could not get in my unit, no one on the property to help, lady on phone finally assigned me to another one. They need someone on the property to help when there is a problem.
