I was dissatisfied with AT&T. What the associate should have been able to do but he was not because they are limited with what they can do. I have to call 611 for tech support which is an inconvenience for me to have to do it over the phone. They should be able to help you or call for you instead of the customer having to do it.

Very rude customer service from this older lady: I wanted to possibly get a newer iPhone if it made sense from a budget perspective, rather than pulling up a quote, she said my trade in would be $350 off the new phone and to do the math in my head essentially. Get her the hell out of there. She does not belong.

I went to att store to find help to get the internet fiber connected in my new home, since it was a brand new home, every time I call the customer service, they all use to tell me that they don’t offer it. When I went to the store, the customer service Lisa, she put a request ticket to get it done, she even spoke to the manager, it took a couple calls and finally we are.getting our att fiber. Thank you Lisa, keep up the great work!!!
