I called their number late in the day, asking if I could bring my car in and recharge its A/C. The man on the phone told me frankly, there were too many appointments to fit me in. BUT he was extremely friendly and even asked me questions about my car. He explained what the issue and solution was likely to be, even though it was near closing time and he wouldn’t even be getting my money to work on the car. Finally he gave me the number of a friend of his (John Jarvis LLC) to call so I could get it fixed sooner.
All in all, I felt this was exceptional customer service and I really appreciated it, as someone who is a bit naive when it comes to car repairs.

“In this day and age it’s hard to find a shop with honest people but I can say the crew at Gaines are some of the honest and best people you can have working on your vehicle. My truck was having some transmission issues and I took it to Gaines expecting to be told I needed a transmission or a rebuild done. Which is what most places will tell you. They did an inspection and just did a full drain and fill on my transmission and it works and feels like a new transmission!! I highly recommend Gaines for any and all repairs”

Amanda checked me in quickly and was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. What impressed me most was that David took care of my tire even though I arrived just a few minutes before closing. Instead of rushing me out the door, he took the time to make sure everything was handled properly.
It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like this. Amanda and David provided exceptional service, and I truly appreciate their willingness to help when they could have easily told me to come back another day.
