“I’ve had the BEST experience with these guys. I had to come here a month ago I believe it was to get a part put on. It took a week bc they were slammed but it got done.
Today, I come in bc my alternator was going bad and they were able to replace it, plus serpentine belt today. Thinking it wasn’t going to be available until tomorrow evening. Then offered to pull back tire off bc I keep having a slow leak in it. Boo, is who assisted me today with everything.

“I brought my truck here because I thought a front half shaft was going bad on my 4wd truck. I was confident, based on the noises it was making, and when they'd appear. Got a call back saying they found some inner wheel well trim rubbing on the wheel when at full right lock, and in reverse. They fixed it basically free and saved me a much more expensive repair. I liked them before, but this visit earned my loyalty. CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH! I recommend Gaines to anyone in Pace or Milton who needs honest and skilled repair.”

I called their number late in the day, asking if I could bring my car in and recharge its A/C. The man on the phone told me frankly, there were too many appointments to fit me in. BUT he was extremely friendly and even asked me questions about my car. He explained what the issue and solution was likely to be, even though it was near closing time and he wouldn’t even be getting my money to work on the car. Finally he gave me the number of a friend of his (John Jarvis LLC) to call so I could get it fixed sooner.
All in all, I felt this was exceptional customer service and I really appreciated it, as someone who is a bit naive when it comes to car repairs.

I was unfortunately late to my appointment due to time mismanagement on my part, but they didn't hold it against me. They were quick, skilled, and polite. I appreciated their help and general vibe.
