“Went to John on reccomendation from a friend, and I couldn't be any more pleased. He had it on his lift and diagnosed in less than an hour, and after we received the part to fix it, it took him no time at all to get it fixed and out of his shop. There's a few things I highly value when looking for an independent shop: honesty, knowledge, and decency. John is super friendly, was honest, knew exactly what he was doing, and got me sorted in less time than it would've taken to sign up for a wait-list at other shops. I can completely vouch for Two-Step, they got me right and for a very affordable price.”

“I’ve been using Emerald Coast Automotive for about six years now, and they have gone above and beyond every single time I’ve brought a vehicle to their shop. Because I travel frequently for work, my biggest stress has always been vehicle trouble popping up while I’m out of town. Over the years, my wife and two teenagers have all run into car issues while I was away. Finding a shop you can trust in those situations is tough, but the crew at Emerald Coast has completely removed that worry. They treat my family like their own, and I never have to stress about anyone taking advantage of them while I'm gone, which is unfortunately hard to come by around Milton. Their communication is second to none. They are completely upfront about expectations, honest about what actually needs to be fixed, and more than fair with their pricing. There are never any surprise charges or unnecessary upsells. Finding an honest, dependable mechanic makes all the difference, and these guys have earned every bit of my trust. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for quality work and genuine peace of mind.”

“Everett and his team are more than amazing. Very personal and honest. You don't find many auto shops that are honest and communicate like they did. They went above and beyond for our family. We have moved 6 hours away but will be coming back every 30 thousand miles to have Everett and his team service our vehicles from here on out.”

“I had a couple of scratches on my new SUV. I went to the shop to get an estimate. The owner came right out and looked at it to give us the estimate. He went and got his tools, buffer and chemicals and I was done in less than 10 minutes. The car looks as good as new. He was very professional and friendly, shook our hands and introduced himself. I certainly recommend this business!”

“We're traveling from Florida to Texas and the air conditioner in our 2011 Toyota Sienna van decided to go out. Not the most ideal thing to happen in the summertime. We called and were pleasantly surprised that this man was willing to take a look at our car, rearrange his work schedule a bit to see if he could help us out. Not many places will do that anymore. We are so appreciative of his effort. Definitely, the kind of customer service one wants these days.”

“I drive a RAM 2500 and with the cold snap, my tires dipped low and the warning lights came on. I tried filling up at Lowe’s (free) and CEFCO (paid $3.00), and both places didn’t have enough power to get my tire to 65 psi. I actually lost pressure in the tire I tried to fill to the point where it was going to be an issue to drive on long term. Thankfully Eagle Tire filled me up exactly on all 4 tires to a perfect level. Life saver!!”

“Took an engine with a stuck pulley to them to get off that i had tried every way to do so. They pulled out a pneumatic impact and got it off in quite literally a second. The guy said I didnt have to pay for it since it was so simple, (I did anyhow though). He also offered me a rag to use after i lifted the engine out of our van. Nice courtesy there.”

“While traveling, James and his team were able to diagnose the problem, explain everything to me, as well as call around to find where in the area I could have the failed repair covered under warranty. Instead of taking it back to the shop that originally did the work incorrectly, I asked James and his team to sign me up as their new customer. They are friendly, helpful, and fast. Everyone should know a mechanic like these guys.”

The shop discovered that the truck needed the control arms, balls joints, etc replaced. After they put it up on the lift and determined exactly what was needed, everything was ordered and the work was completed the following day! I am very pleased with the work and the service we received and highly recommend Tires Etc in Milton!”
