“These folks are awesome. Our 26ft box delivery truck broke down, and from the moment I called the office til when the truck was towed away we were given great service. CJ in shop was super helpful and gave us recommendations on places we could take the truck, and went as far to look up the mechanic shops info and everything. Got the truck out sooner than he said as well.
Bo was our tow guy and he did an excellent job. Would highly recommend him. He stopped by the shop and picked up the medium sized hauler since we had a larger truck, and still made it under quoted time. He immediately started trying to see if he could help get things workings which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend Bo and JRs, both professional and easy to deal with”

“I've had 3 windshields replaced over 7 or 8 years in 3 different vehicles by safelite. I was worried when I had to take my mercedes as it has the distronic plus system. They were able to program it with no issues and the system worked as advertised. My last one i had replaced was in a honda accord with adaptive cruise and lane keep. It took the tech about 2 hrs start to finish to remove, replace, and program the system. Their were 2 plastic clips that got broken on the splash guard. I told the tech not to worry about those they get brittle over time due to the heat from the engine. Outside of those clips he forgot to wipe the rear view mirror. Im not mad about that at all. It was a very hot flordia day. I'll be using their service again to replace the front windshield that they installed back in December of 2019 in my 06 escalade.”
