“Highly recommend Dufrene Building Materials!!!! William was made for great customer service! He IMMEDIATELY responded to my call and followed up with exactly what we needed without extra expense or too much waste on a special order. He has wonderful communication skills. Even though our purchase of a special-order item was a few hundred dollars, William treated us as if we were building a million-dollar home. He also came up with a customer-focused solution on a re-order we needed. Wow!
It's so refreshing to interact with employees that really care about their customers and truly enjoy their work...hard to find these days. The entire Dufrene team embodies the positive attitude for helping folks solve their building and remodeling problems! Go see them!
