Update: This review was actually posted in May 2024, but somehow Google maps put it under the Milton location. I specifically went to the PACE location more than once due to reviews at Milton. EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY! I would like to share information on a company that I have found to be exceptional in the past, & now again!! The company is Joe Hudson’s Collision Center. Specifically the location in PACE.
I shared a review a cpl years ago in Nextdoor about work completed on my van & extra steps they took. They asked to keep my vehicle longer than expected because when they completed the work, THEY were not happy with the outcome! ? They wanted to reorder the parts & redo the job to their satisfaction as they felt it “just didn’t look right”.
The review was so good a comment was made by someone that thought it was not real! They felt the company placed the review to get sales. I explained I specifically chose to go to the Pace location & not Milton, which was actually closer, after researching reviews. My vehicle was received back looking better than before the accident, and I wanted people to know! I explained I felt it was important people know my experience & how good it was because I feel people need to hear about good experiences, not just bad.
Here we are again!
Recently, my son‘s vehicle was damaged & needed body work. My son TREASURES his car & he was very very distressed. He also had chosen to recently pay it off with his income tax return. Because of how good they did on my van, he chose to use Joe Hudson in Pace also.
Once again they did not disappoint!! The work done is impeccable! (The photo attached doesn’t do justice if seen personally).
Also the friendliness & cudtomer service shown by Becky Nezbeth, office manager, & Nikki Foote, estimator, (as usual for them & hard to find today), made a very stressful situation for my son, a positive experience! I can not thank them enough!
Btw-they also have a Lifetime Guarantee on the work they perform for as long as you own the vehicle. What more could you ask for?? ??

Joe Hudson's collision Center is great if you want the bare minimum job to be done and to be talked down to the entire time!
I would recommend literally anywhere else, including that sketchy guy next door that offered to fix it.

My 2018 RAV 4 looks brand new. Iwas especially pleased that the paint color matched. I found that the people who work there were all very helpful and pleasant. And the repairs were completed in 5 days!

Avoid this place!!!!
EDIT: Since the car has been in another repair shop we have found so many things that this place messed up. State Farm are aware of it all. Another $4.200 to correct the mess they made of my car. These were 95% issues that the car didn’t have when it went in. Cut wires and panels broken and glued together!!!!
My car went into this location and was there for 17 days.
Initial damage was a tire blow out which caused door, quarter panel, bumper and some other damage. On day 14 we called and told the receptionist that the tires that they needed had been ordered and paid for so they could take the car to have them installed the following day. My husband also called the following day and spoke to the same woman who told him the car would be going there that day and we would be able to collect the car that evening. At 3pm we called and she said it was too late for them to be installed now and they had found something else wrong with the car but she had no idea what. (Was an issue not related to the incident that they were wanting to charge to fix)
Eventually on day 16 we were told the car was ready to pick up. Upon looking over the car we were unhappy with the alignment of some of the new panels which did not sit flush and seemed loose. Also the drivers door didn’t seem to be lined up correctly with the quarter panel.
They agreed to keep it over night. We went back day 17 after being told the car was ready. Nothing had been done since the day before and the car looked the same. We also noticed according to their own paper work that the car had done 50 miles since they had it!!!
At that point we decided that we no longer were willing to work with incompetent, unreliable and untrustworthy people and left with the car.
I took my vehicle for an oil change straight after leaving their location. During The oil change safety checks we found out that the car had no working reverse lights. Then when reversing out the parking aid warning light came on. It wasn’t working either.
The next evening we noticed that the under door mustang logo light was also not working. However it is still working on the side that they didn’t work on.
The vehicle is also showing issues with changing drive modes with another warning coming up when changing modes. Also the inside door trims around the base of the door and around the seatbelt were not fitted back correctly and are extremely loose they look like they were fitted by a one armed, blind toddler!!
How can any reputable company replace a bumper and not even check that the lights are working correctly afterwards?
All of the electric problems it now has is a result of their work.
We have escalated this with our insurance company and they have agreed that we can take it to another company for corrective repairs.
Please don’t bother with your standard reply it would be an insult.
I did reach out to Wendy Patrick from corporate so no need to suggest that either.
Hopefully State Farm pull you from their list of authorized repairers.

World class customer service provided By not only the entire staff, but specifically Nikki and Becky. Nikki handled the entire process of dealing with the insurance company, getting the repairs for my vehicle approved, and scheduling to get it in the shop. This particular situation was no doubt frustrating and stressful (at least for me it was.) Nikki handled it like a boss while providing service with a smile and a positive attitude not once showing frustration or irritation. She is an asset to the company and more businesses could benefit from having an employee as professional and polite as Nikki. The repairs made on my vehicle look amazingly awesome and I’m extremely satisfied. When I went to picked up my vehicle I was quite impressed with how clean it was. It looked like it had been completely professionally detailed. This company deserves more than Google’s allowable 5 stars. 10/10 I highly recommend. ?
