“This place is AMAZING!! Highly, Highly Recommend!I had an old Surface Pro 2 that finally crashed on me and like a fool, I had not backed up my data for years. Two other Tech repair places turned me down due to the apparent difficulty of retrieving the hard drive. Ryan at The Tech Handyman, without hesitation, said to bring it on in. Although it took several days, I never once had to follow up. I was kept informed with updates every step of the process. I now have all my data back and a new computer that is set up with auto backup. Hard lesson learned but meant some wonderful people that run a great business.”

“We had a phone serviced at this location, we mainly picked it due to its hours. We were trying to get a phone screen repaired before we left town for Christmas and thankfully these guys were open on the weekend (we had been using Express Mobile Techs next door prior.)While we were trying to get the issue taken care of last minute on a Sunday (I usually hate being the last minute person,) but the owner was there and was more than happy to take us in and attempted the repair the same day after hours. Very personable and kind person, if I may add! Sadly, the screen he tried to replace, the backlight was broken which isn't a fault of the store's, but we were still grateful that he took us in to have the phone repaired and offered us the next possible time to get it taken care of and had it done in less than an hour of the device's second drop off.Props to these guys, if you need something taken care of and quickly, you'll surely find it here!I told them that hope that I don't have to see them again (jokingly, of course – I don't want to deal with any more broken devices!) but if we do, I'm sure that we will be going here for any of our needs, I'm more than happy to support this business.”
