I arrived 15 minutes before closing on Christmas eve. Cody diagnosed my tire problem and got me on my way. He is an asset to Firestone. His customer service skills are exceptional.

had flat tire and was anxious about not being able to get it fixed on a sunday of holiday week that i am going out of town. when i called first think in morning, they were able to get me in at 9am for appointment and get tire fixed. this is first class that they are open on sunday and also able to get someone in that is in a bind. i will be recommending this location to everyone i know.

We had an issue come up suddenly with our car that was outside the normal scope and care of Firestone. The crew went above and beyond to make sure my wife’s car was safe for her to drive home! I went there today for an alignment and I have to say they did a very good job on my vehicle, I also had dash lights that were on from my battery dying and I was unable to reset them and they reset them for me without me even asking now that is what I call good service! I just wanted to give you guys a shout out. You guys do good work up there. I will continue to come back. You now have my continued business.

I had stopped at a few tire places on my way home from work because I needed a tire repair from a possible nail being in my tire that was causing a slow leak. I was rudely turned away from these other businesses and told I could make an appointment for the next day-this wasn’t convenient for me because I had to be at work very early the next morning. My last hope was Firestone, which was a little out of my way because was further than my home destination. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and with a friendly smile. I was relieved because even though they were already busy, it was close to closing time, and other people were waiting, ALL of us were helped. It was no problem and I wasn’t treated like I was a bother. The tire was fixed quickly and they were glad to help. This was really important to me because my work commute is about an hour long, one way, and they saved me from having worry and stress over getting to work safely the next day. Wonderful customer service!

I was in to get routine maintenance and asked about my tail lights lit in and odd configuration. The technician stopped what he was doing and addressed the issue and fixed it. He took his time to explain how the issue could have happened and was extremely knowledgeable. Outstanding service.

Brought in two tires that are only a hear and a half old that had small pinholes in them, NOT located in the sidewall. I was told that one of my tires could not be repaired (said due to the angle) and they just tried to sell me a new tire. I could have fixed it myself but that voids the warranty. This store has a discount tire literally next door in the same parking lot. I took it over there and they fixed it for free with no questions asked in less than 20 min and they were super busy. They also forgot to out my center cap back on so I had to drive back the next day. I talked to the service manager who told me they also didnt figure out the proration correct when quoting me to try to sell me a new tire. I have firestone tires on all of my own vehicles and my kids and have been doing business there for many years. I will no longer be doing business with firestone. This just felt like an opportunity to try and sell me another tire when these are practically new (measured at 8-9/32nds)
