While I understand that you don't close until 8 p.m. and I arrived at 7:53 p.m., I found it rather unprofessional to see the cashier duck behind the counter instead of coming to the door to explain the situation. It would have been much more courteous to briefly explain that, although the store technically remains open until 8, there's a set time when closing procedures begin. Instead, watching the cashier hide behind the counter and only reappear once the car had left felt inconsiderate and disrespectful

Unfortunately, we had the pleasure of meeting the rudest cashier I’ve ever seen in my life ? His name was Gerald and his personality definitely matched his name. He was explaining the rewards program and talked about 1000mph and then got annoyed at my husband didn’t understand what he was saying. Don’t recommend. “I explained it 4 times already bud”

Second day in a row I have drove across town been here before 7 o clock and they're closed. Why say you close at 7 if doors are locked atleast 15 min before that.

They are never opened during their scheduled hours. Drove there after work got there at 6:43 and they locked up already. They stood there and saw me at the door but said they were closed... closing sign says they close at 7! This is the second time this has happened. They make up their hours as they go I guess. I won't go back and waste my gas to drive there anymore...

After being previous pro members at GNC for a few years prior to the pandemic, stopping throughout the pandemic, & finally coming back two days ago, the experience we had with Laura two days ago and today exceeded our expectations! Laura started off by greeting us kindly & asking if we were in for anything specific or just browsing. Long story short, my husband and I explained that we had restarted our fitness journey a little over a month ago and wanted to get back into meal replacement shakes, protein, vitamins, pre-workout, and the whole nine yards!She was patient, kind, & descriptive when it came to explaining the various different products, helping us compare items to see what would be most beneficial to us, & even sharing personal experiences so that we could have some real time recommendations. We walked out the other day with a few pre workouts, & the women's vitapak program that was on sale BOGO! Laura recommended that one personally as she's used it, & after a few days, I can honestly say I feel like I have more clarity & the hit workouts aren't entirely destroying my body. I definitely recommend coming in when she's working! Don't be shy recommending stuff outside of GNC to her either as she's relatively new to the area. She's a sweet gem! Please keep her here GNC! :)

Maybe at one time GNC was run by people that were health enthusiasts. This just isn't the case anymore across any of the GNCs I've been to over the last few years nationwide and this experience wasn't much different. Against my better judgement when hitting up the Chiro next door I noticed a sign that said today only, "Redcon products 25% off" outside the store, needing protein I thought I'd bite. Walked in and asked where the Redcon protein was. The response I was given was "What is Redcon". I directed her to the signage out front that had clearly been put out that day. She just looked confused. I'll stick with vitamin shoppe. It's night and day compared to GNC. I'm not convinced it's any more expensive and if it is by some trivial margin, I'm willing to pay the premium for real service by peope who are actually health enthusiasts and knowledgeable about their products.

So customer service definitely gone downhill since one employee left. The managers awesome but the short man syndrome doesn't seem to catch a hint when being asked a question he doesn't know the answer maybe just ask instead of looking like a dink.
