As with most thrift stores especially the goodwill they are over priced. A lot of things such as furniture is at about the same cost as new in a store. They tend to forget that things were DONATED to help those in more need and then they price the things higher than they should and refuse even to come down if you make a offer to them. They act as if it all belongs to them personally and it is money in their pocket to sell it high.

All the employees with whom I have encountered are very pleasant. The store is fairly clean and organized. The thing I very much DISLIKE is not being able to try on clothes there. There are no dressing rooms. They do not wash the clothes before putting them on the floor. And they suggest you take what you want home and wash them and then try them on. What you do not like you return for a store credit. At least they give you 90 days to spend your in store credit.

Just attempt to drop off a truck load of decent stuff, I guess it's too hot for them or they have too much money, they didn't want any of it.

I’m currently waiting in line at this goodwill in a line of 10+ people. There are about 8 employees in the store and one of them is manning the register. My friend politely asked if there was another register available. The associate that she asked was extremely rude to her about the situation and said “you will just have to be more patient”. She was told there was only 1 scanner that works but both scanners looked like they were working. 3 different people were behind us with things in their cart and they left. After she politely asked, the other associates started complaining about my friend within our earshot. I suppose I am just used to Publix’s customer service but I am extremely disappointed with the associates at this location. Clearly they hire for quantity over quality.

I was at Goodwill recently and witnessed a disappointing situation while standing in line. A lady came in to return an item and get a refund, but their internet was down. They informed her that they couldn't process the refund due to the outage. She asked for an extension on the return policy, as it expired on Tuesday and she couldn't come back before then because of work. She requested the manager sign her receipt and grant a few extra days for the return, considering their internet issue. They declined!
Given that this problem was beyond her control and directly related to their service outage, I believe Goodwill should have accommodated her request. It would have demonstrated good customer service and ensured she wasn’t penalized for an issue caused by their system. It's particularly disappointing considering that Goodwill receives all their items as donations. This was an opportunity for them to show they value their customers, but instead, they fell short.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that some of their prices have recently increased significantly. For example, I saw a candle with a TJ Maxx discount sticker priced at $4.99, and Goodwill was charging the same price. Prices for used dresses went from $4.99 to $7.99. While it’s understandable that costs have risen due to economic conditions, these are items donated to them. Any price increase should ideally reflect a pay raise for their employees, not higher profits on donated goods.
On a positive note, an employee named Brittany always goes above and beyond in her job. This store is truly fortunate to have someone with her work ethic, attitude, and ability to positively reflect on the store. (5 STARS for Brittany).

Could be great but the prices have become so high it’s cheaper to buy clothes from China unfortunately. They don’t have a dressing room and if you want to return clothes they only give you store credit, not a refund. Not my favorite thrift store anymore.

We drop off there more than we buy. I know they get a bad rap sometimes because they are a for profit business but they do a lot to help out families in need. Either way, they are a plus for our community and recommend donating your "old stuff" and find some new "old stuff" you may need!

They have good stuff if you know how to look for it. The prices at all Goodwills are ridiculous for clothes. It's more expensive to buy from Goodwill than catching clearance at WalMart or TJ Maxx and Ross. My one complaint with this particular Goodwill is the lack of employees at the register or at least paying attention when the line is backed up and jump to help the one employee who is overwhelmed.

They have 0 access to dressing rooms. Everything in the store is barely sorted by size( not that women’s clothing sizes are worth a d*mn anyways) but wouldn’t be an issue IF THERE WAS A DRESSING ROOM. Their solution is to expect you to come back if it doesn’t fit, not for a refund, for store credit! I used to love shopping at Goodwills, now it’s just a waste of time and money. Their prices have also skyrocketed. A shein shirt that would normally be $1 is $6 at goodwill. This ridiculous markup to products they get for FREE
Will no longer be giving my business to this location or any other goodwills.
I will say the staff there is friendly and helpful. The workers are the only saving grace, and they do not get paid enough.
