They have free classes like spin and Zumba, they have updated a bunch of equipment since I’ve been there, and most importantly they keep excellent people on staff. This is the kind of place where the staff knows your name, greets you with a smile, and works hard to keep a clean gym. The owners are in there all the time and they are super friendly also. This is the best gym around by far”

The people are great, all levels are welcomed and the energy is motivating. The coaches are also awesome and will help you achieve whatever goals you have; there is something for everyone.
