Worst banking institution I have ever been with. Loan department employees/management are poorly trained in products and processes. We have had nothing but issues with our loan on Hancock Whitney for over a year and no one can seem to figure it out, much less even call us back to try to help. Employee who executed the loan quit and no other employee including management has been willing to pick it up and try to help.

Tried to get change for a 20 so I could have tip money on a trip I am taking. Refused to make change for me. I thought that's what banks are for. I guess nobody will be getting tips on this trip.

I have been having a lot of trouble with my check deposits on line seems I am constantly receiving notices after my deposits are made that funds are being held due to the depositors bank not being sure the funds will be there these deposits are on very reputable bussineses. There has not been one check not paid yet and seems like these different banks always give the same reason fund may not be available ,this is a garbage excuse for holding my deposits.
