We had an appointment at 4pm and we're not seen until after 5pm. The person that helped us was very efficient .
She o[was knowledgeable and apologized for our wait. She completed the return quickly and to my satisfaction.

Unfortunately for me, my time was wasted. I arrived early for my appointment, someone gave me a paper to fill out and then I never saw anyone else after that. 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I decided to leave. Nobody once acknowledged that I had been sitting there for so long, no apologies for running behind, nothing. I hate that I have to leave this review because everyone else seems to have had a great experience.
