This is the most idiotic case today. Lowe's had this item for less on line and the store would not match the price. We could order it and have it shipped to the store. So price match Home Depot. We have to get every upper managers to see if they with authorize or not, now we are waiting for the big guy to make the call. Ryan is having us place the order on line in the store to wait for them to honor the price. Tis the season for stupid!

Always have what I need! Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable!! Just need to be patient with the self checkout...It's new... Store looks sharp and clean!!

Delivery department is absolutely atrocious. A month ago I had a 1000 dollar order, the delivery driver "got stuck" so I didn't get my landscaping items for another week. I had to call and find out that information myself by the way, I was not contacted. Today I have another large order, scheduled to be delivered between 08-12. Low and behold, 4 o'clock rolls around with no delivery, just to be told the EXACT SAME EXCUSE, and that it's coming Wednesday instead. I took off work to be here to sign for it, can not be here the rest of the week. I called and refunded the entire purchase, and will not be working with this lowes ever again.

This is a great place to shop whether it be for plants, appliances, or lumber. The people are always friendly and the price is competitive.

This store has horrible customer service every time I come in. I have been straight up ignored by staff multiple times I've been here. I have gone up and stood directly next to a staff member waiting for them to finish what they are doing and they never even acknowledge me or ask if I need help with anything. Today, I stood at the counter for 5 mins before any of the 3 staff members around even acknowledged me. 2 of them weren't doing anything at all. One guy saw me walk up to the counter and then walked away. Finally someone from the staff said he would go get someone to help me and here I am waiting for another 20 mins. Cool. Andrea the cashier finally acknowledged me after said 20 mins with full attitude goes "the pro guy is literally right there if you're looking for him." I said "ok I thought someone is supposed to be coming over to help me, I've been waiting 20 mins." She gave me a shrug and went back to her work. Great job, Andrea. You can't ask the team member to come over an assist me? Cool, I love standing here like a moron. Thanks for the help! Pro tip for management - train your staff to acknowledge people who have been standing around for 20 mins. A simple "has someone helped you yet?" Or "someone will be right with you" goes a long way.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Horrible - it's Dec 2022- and in sept 2022- I bought Maytag blue washer - dryer - 2 pedestal doors- and whirlpool dishwasher. It took a Month- for the installation- they ordered double pedestals (over 500.00) that's still not resolved! But that's not the bad part- Their installer BRANDON- came to my home on wrong day, and I don't my teen autistic son - said "he wasn't comfortable with AUTISTIC PEOPLE-and that he was mad at his "baby mama over something ".. that wasn't even work related. He went on to deliver the stuff, dropped the appliances off dolly and bent and dented my new washer, dropped the new dishwasher- I told them not to leave the doors wide open, and that if my son ran out because he was very upset - obviously- due to direct discrimination to a child- to his precious face! Then they then let my son run out the door - endangering his life and safety- and I found him at a neighbors home barefooted- and digging in their toys- he could have been killed ... called store , took pics, and then Brandon told me he was "allergic to mold and mildew- that's in ever front loader in Florida- and wanted to just quit .. I said no- my stuff isn't installed- and he then made me reckless out the room- as they knew I was worried about my child- then he said he was "allergic to bugs" (2- little bugs in the outside vent- then that's when I said- I think your "allergic to WORK", he then took my WORKING appliances- and left me with beat up new ones uninstalled- I had taken pics and sent to store. I had to wait for another installer - AND THE DISHWASHER WAS DEFECTIVE. That was Labor Day, and ow it's Christmas- without working appliances - and still - they haven't taken off the 500 of extra drawers .. every time my replacement dish washer comes in the sale it- and then I have to wait for another. So still no credit to me, no working dishwasher that I desperately need, and NO percentage off they promised for denying my new ones- no CUSTomer service- and no resolution. This is totall disrespect, stealing-- because stealing is paying for something and not getting it- right? And then the employees that weee good and helping me aren't any longer there- no resolution. I will put this review everywhere to protect others from this type of treatment. Lowes discriminated, endangered my child, home, and damaged things in my home. You can't make them do the right thing!

We bought a washer from this store. The person that helped us was great. Did the paper work right could not ask for better service. The very bad thing is that when the people delivering the washer showed up. Did not say hello just said Lowes. They never explained anything. They were in a hurry to get to the next stop and it showed. Scheduled delivery window from 8-12. Got a call at 7:15 the delivery person said Lowes be there in 10 minutes and showed up in 5mins. While taking out the old washer they dented my new refrigerator and said nothing. Did not install the washer correctly. The delivery person was going to throw away part of the drain assy Had to go behind the person and fix the drain assy. I will buy from Lowes again.......but will not use the delivery so called service

We have been to MANY Lowes. They are all very helpful if we need anything. Today, we were greeted by every employee that we saw and many asked if there was anything we needed help with. We are purchasing wood and having it cut to size. We have never been disappointed in the service. Just wished the prices weren't so high......

The Milton,Florida store has items on there app that says they have it available in the store but if you go to the store that item is no where to be found and I can no longer shop at a place that makes their employees work 8 hours with no breaks or lunches

Excellent customer service and professional and positive, helpful and kind attitude by Daniel, who works in outdoor Garden, on June 16, 2021, Wednesday morning. Daniel helped me to get down off the high Shelf a big decorative water fountain for my backyard garden! Daniel was happy to help me, he got down the water fountain and also helped me get the item to my vehicle. This is an excellent Lowe's employee who works very hard to help a customer! I am a senior citizen and a Navy Veteran and my joy is to have a beautiful backyard garden! Thank you so much Daniel for helping me, Excellent customer service! Bought a refrigerator at this Lowes and had them deliver and install it. The installer didn't actually work for Lowes he said, they were contracted. He was not gentle with the appliance when unloading it or installing it. He actually asked me if I had a drill when he was attempting to install the ice maker! I lied and said no and he finally figured it out. He left and after about a week the fridge stopped making ice, the meat in the freezer thawed out and the unit just kept running all the time. I reported the issues, Electrolux dispatched an actual tech who discovered two freon leaks where the lines had been bent and that the water lines for the ice maker were installed improperly. He also guessed that Lowes was the retailer and told me that they contract out installation to the lowest bidder. I'm not blaming Frigidaire or this particular Lowes; I am blaming them for using the lowest bidder for delivery and installation (if that's true), whether it's this store manager's policy or corporate policy. Ya get what ya pay for Lowes.

Faulty advertising after hurricane sally. They claimed that they had 61 generators in stock. We arrived 30 min prior to opening only to be informed as we walked in that they were out of stock. Had they updated their website or even told us earlier we wouldn't have missed out on the last generator in stock at Home Depot down the road. Unacceptable, especially when we don't have power

This the worst Lowe's ever, and we are military so I have been to Lowe's all over the US. During this pandemic, the delivery people have on ZERO protective gear, no mask, no covering for their shoes, no gloves. This is not ok. This is our last time dealing with Lowe's of Milton/Pace Florida. Oh and one last thing the workers there are mostly on kindergarten level.

Do not waste your time on the flooring department The 8th grade math they use to give an estimate is WAY over priced. $1226. for 1 bedroom that's 230sqft w flooring that was under ,99 when I was in store. I paid for the estimate and waited and waited and waited all to have wasted my time. I have flipped a few houses over the past 10yrs and never been so grossly overpriced by Lowe's. Pace is special.
